To all defense contractors the world over:
In accordance with the Armored Divisions Act of 2407, this nation's Royal Army is to maintain a ratio of eight Main Battle Tanks for each Super-Heavy Battle Tank within its ranks of tanks. However, due to an apparent dearth of available models, our armored divisions lack sufficient numbers of large tanks to meet this requirement. Therefore, as Minister of Defense, I have deemed it fitting and necessary to seek out a new design for a SHBT, which Lower Columbian tank factories would produce in sufficient numbers to comply with the aforementioned Act. Please submit your best designs to my office, such as would be comparable to any SHBT currently fielded by any army or offered for sale on any storefront. Any design my department ultimately chooses would remain the intellectual property of the contractor which offers the rights to its production.
