[TPF, your naval thing is quite odd. It has the same ships listed several times. For instance. x30 Ion Class x30 Peltisin Class x30 Ion Class (Again). Anyways, ill be deploying a small force, 2,000 men nation wide to aid the defenders. I pride myself on my defensive abilities.]

Londinian High Command

"The game's afoot," mused the Supreme Commander.

"Start fortifying every single major city in this nation. All troops are to assume full readiness. Activate the reservists, and the TA. Executive Order 19041, authorising conscription, is being activated," she ordered.

"Get submarines deployed, now! I want the capital sealed off from these navies," ordered the Admiral of the Fleet.

"Fire twenty thousand cruise missiles, taking special care to eliminate their carriers, AWACs, and troop transports," ordered the Marshal of the Air Force.

OOC: Note: my country is entirely urbanised except for sixteen km of farmland/non-urban land in between cities.

The massive fleet continued to sail. Their first target, Waddignton, would give them a base of operations to launch their strike against Kessignton.

The 20,000 Cruise missiles were soon decteced.

" Sir incoming cruise missiles, counting... 20,000."

" Alright, launch 50 EMP missiles to counter them. Have all CIWS and lasers ready for counter. Have the Liberty ships fire their flak shells, and all other ships.

Samuel Rickard, the Kroandan Commander on the island was there more to advise the Londonian than actually command... and so he did. "What do we have in the realm of infantry... tanks... and artillery? And the defensive lines, form them up hard around the predicted landing sights. Trench lines 25 yards behind the shore line. Solidify them with dig-ins, wooden planks, sand bags. Lay tank traps and mines along the beach... thousands of them. Im serious, dont go cheap. Have every 88mm Mortar you have positioned in fox holes 200 yards behind the trench line. Have 1/5 your artillery (155mm and below) on the trench line in fortified defensive positions. The other 2/5 to be a kilometer back. Your tanks, half 3/4 grouped in reserve divisions, 1/4 in tank emplacements. Make the emplacements strong. Dirt and sand bag walls wont cut it. Concrete blocks and wooden boards too. Get your 30mm Guns and 20mm Guns on the line with the infantry... plenty of grenades... and for christ sakes tell me you've rolled out the barbed wire along the beach lines!"

In response to the enemy cruise missile attack, the fleet responded in kind, launching 20,000 cruise missiles at Waddington.

Londinian High Command

"I want the recommendations of the Kroandan advisor followed at once!" ordered the Supreme Commander.
"Sir, missiles approaching enemy fleets. They've launched EMP missiles at it."
"Shit. We have no control anymore?"
"No, sir. But a good portion of them are going to hit the general location of the fleet. No guarantees of impact though."
"Sir! Enemy missiles, inbound towards Waddington."
"Shit. Counter with EMP missiles."
"One hundred EMP missiles, aye."
"And fire a couple dozen EMP missiles at the enemy fleet."

" They shot down our missiles with their own EMP's, sir."

" They just launched a couple dozen more."
" Counter them, they be WMD's."
" Our lasers on our destroyers will handle them"
" A few stray missiles also hit our fleet, minimal damage, two destroyers were damaged."

Waddington

"Enemy fleet approaching."
"Alright, men. This is what we've been waiting for. Is the barbed wire in place?"
"Yes, sir. All the recommendations of Kroando have been fulfilled."
"Good. Scramble the aircraft, all six squadrons of F-35 Lightning IIs."

The fleet was soon in range of the enemy beachhead. Then, the naval bombardment began. 20,000 missiles, thousands upon thousands of rockets, and thousands of shells crushed the defenses. More than 4,000 aircraft from the carriers soon took to the sky, further adding precision strikes to the beachheads.

OOC: Are nukes, chemical weapons, or biological weapons allowed?

The missiles and shells rained down on Waddington, taking out vital infrastructure in Waddington. The six squadrons of fighters immediately started to open fire at the TPF aircraft. Eighty submarines, accompanied by five carriers with 94 aircraft each, 100 destroyers, and fifty frigates, began to move south to intercept and attack the TPF naval forces.

OCC: Whoa, man that fleet cant just appear out of nowhere, I would of eneagnged it. I have plenty of senors that would have detected it.

More than 2,000 F-29's tuned to attack the enemy aircraft, and launched 3 missiles at each. They then turned back towards, the fleet hoping to lure the enemy over it.

The Marines started to go towards the shore, most of the defenses were not destroyed. Even so, each landing craft had twin 40mm cannons, to cover the Marines. Some boats even had artillery on them and that was on call. Tanks also were coming.

OOC: Shit. Major typo. I meant 720.

[Guys, missile strikes of 20,000 are simply inconcievable. Any nation that attempts to use that many missiles in one strike would blow themselves out of the war due to simple costs. Thats 26 Billion Dollars in one strike. Yes, for one part of one battle, that is insane. (In comparison, it's much more than the US spent invading Iraq.) One's defence budget isn't simply purchasing costs... the majority is maintanence and wages... You're going to get pwnt with strategy like that.

EMP's. There are effects to EMP's, not to mention theyre deadly expensive. Try not using them as a conventional pieces of warfare.

And always take logisitics into consideration. A fleet of 4,000, though it may look real impressive, costs in the realm of 4 Billion per day to maintain and upkeep it. In a war of length... you're going to sink your economy.]

In the skies over Waddington

Londinian fighters started unloading their weapons complements at the TPF fighters, which destroyed a good two hundred Londinian fighters.

OCC: Dont I decide the causlaties? You'll have to respond to my attack first. :)

The weapons soared througe towards the F-29's, but luckily for them, they were now over the Armada, and thus had their countermeasures. CIWS and lasers fired, but even so 70 fighters fell. The CIWS and SAM emplacemets on the ships then launched missiles, followed by an additional volley from the F-29's, who then close in with cannon.
