OOC: I know a little late...

"Today, I have a glorious announcement!" Dennis Crowley, the new Supreme Admiral announced, "Our great nation has over 3 billion citizens!"

The crowds roared. Today was a great day for the Hills. Today, the Hills joined only a handful of nations who had survived long enough for an occassion such as this.

A letter was dispateched to hundreds of leaders across the globe:

Today the Hills celebrate a glorious occassion. We now have over 3 billion citizens and would like you to join me, Dennis Crowley, in a celebratory banquet at the Hall of Celtic Victory. Please, RSVP.

The security at the banquet will rival that of the Kremlit. Snipers will be posted at various strategic points to prevent any obvious attempts at breaking in. Two platoons of Black Berets, the elite soldiers of the Hills, will be on standby throughout the party. The Horsemen and Victor 12 will also be present to provide the highest of security. Cameras in the Hall of Celtic Victory will be able to see almost everything and metal detectors as well as random checks at the door will also add to security.

As for personal security we will allow a total of four body guards to be present, however, for matters of securty, their guns will ahve to be left in the hands of Victor 12 who will be guardin the vault where the guns are currently being held.

OOC: I'm fine with terrorist attacks for this but they have to be very well planned...

Of course, we garuntee you that not a hair on her head will be damaged. Well, maybe sun damage and stuff like that, but you get the point.

The Presidential Airbus A380 landed on the runway, and taxied to a private hangar. The door opened, and President Batra emerged from the plane, followed by three SIS agents acting as his security detail. The President and the agents stepped into a Rolls Royce limo and drove off to the Hall of Celtic Victory.

The fifty military jets surrounded the helicopter as it prepared to go to the Hills. Upon arriving, the told them that they would be back to escort them back to Nova Brittanica. Out of the helicopter came twenty soldiers, who then escorted the Imperial President's daughter to the Hall of Celtic Victory. Only four of the gaurds came in with her, the others waiting outside to take her back to the helicopter. Nothing said Daddy loves you like overprotective soldiers everywhere she went.

The Admiral looked over the list one last time. "Good, everything is ready." He looked over at his Foriegn Relations General, Jack Teirny, "This is open bar right?"

"Of Course," The older man replied.

"Good, Now we await the guests," The Admiral stated.

An aide came running in, "Sir the delegates* from Nova Brittanica and British Londinium have just landed"

"Perfect," The Admiral said, "Have the sign-in Center ready.
