This report suggested that a gang be created, that was government funded to stop the Falsches Tun(FT)which had been importing Anthrax and using it on the populace. Every time the military was sent to stop them they killed themselves, and many people with the deadly gas. A government funded gang would stop them, the Band of Buon Brothers(BBB).
Within hours the government had accepted it. The new standardized weapon for the BBB would be the Spectre M4, and the gang colors would be green.
