There has been a Military coup in Kuldoniland, lead by General McGilligan in Kuldoniland. Forces of the Army have surrounded the Royal Palace, and the leaders of the Coup are proclaiming that Kuldoniland now be a Republic, with a democratic constitution and an economy which serves the people of the country. The country according to General McGilligan in a press conference will now be called the Free Land of Kuldoniland, as the people will now have their freedom not simply politically, but also economically. McGilligan has established himself in the former Imperial Palace, now called the Presidential Palace and his men have control of the airport and many military bases. The other members of the armed forces are giving their full support, and McGilligan has now been declared Commander in Chief of the armed forces.
