OOC: This is to introduce my puppet who will be in and out of FT RPs now and then (This is Amazonian Beasts posting)
IC:
Peace is false,
Strength is spectral,
Power is imaginary,
Victory is temporary,
The One is Collective.
Creed of the Amalgamation
The ship was a dead ship, yet a living ship-2km long, it had once been a powerful battlecruiser or immense proportions. At one time, it could have devestated planets, blasted citadels, ripped opposing cruisers, captured races. Now, all it was was hulk-and mystery. A green speckled tint enveloped the battlecruiser, dotted with black smidgens that distorted the natural hull of the lost ship. Odd, organic bulges, seemingly alive, pulsed in and out of the hull, pits at other places bending inwards. The former bridge, portruding above the hull out the front of the ship, was not clear and visible, but completely blackened, a dark blotch.
The ship, at the same time, seemed completely off course. It wandered around the system it was in, a solitary system with a red giant and two rock planets, like a demented, rabid dog, wandering this way and that, no destination in mind. It was some sort of odd anomoly, lost in the depths of the Heavens and as out of place as a horsefly underwater. So why was the ship there?
The question lay unknown, but something odd came from the ship. It seemed to draw in speculation and wonder, wonder about where this monstrosity had come from, what it would do, and what it could do. But more curious than anything, it sent off a message. Not some sort of tangible message, sent via comlink or holoviewer, or any sort of actual meaning. Moreover, it let off a psychic call, a call for investigation, that shot out into the Heavens, quickly moving out of the system for all anywhere nearby to hear. It was an attraction, to pique the interest of any explorer or daunting individual, to see what had happened and perhaps profit, too.
But the ship was filled with wonders-wonders that had to be opened, first.
