The Latican Empire containing only two star systems, three habitable planets in total have to military-owned offensive fleets or ships. We do have dozens of armed space stations and thousands upon thousands of Ground-to-Space Nuclear tipped warheads. We wish for a company willing to arm out new inter-galactic empire.

Um, while we're not in the buisiness of such things, (Rather too blunt for us anyway to do that sort of thing..,) we'll direct you to two known such portals even we used in our early history to arm our military with, when we needed such at the time.
Same provider, but very well laid out and all..

..not sure about diplomatic relations between you and Huntear so we'll skip that at present. However we'll make remark that you may want to replace your nuclear arsenal with more 'elegant' weaponry, since the deployment of such assets in the apparent manner 'terrestrial-space' in fashion, would be essentially ineffective. Naval deployment would be more effective, and we have to presume such is possible. However any effective starforce would render the tactic ineffective in some fashion, and just more than likely slag the authoring planet of nuclear assets before turning it into a mining planet shortly thereafter.
At least that's how we'd act. Such weapons are truly unclean in our eyes, few other things are. Other than using them to reinfuse dying stars, or in Planet Cores in our Planet Foundry, fission assets don't exist for us.
Call all of this an attempt to 'nudge' your nation in a more enlightened direction, at least where war is concerned. Still, we not make policy, only suggestions for your nation.
