Today, the Royale Group, plc. has filed papers to begin construction of a massive skyscraper in the downtown of Laquasa Isle's capital city. Pending approval by the Laquasan government, construction shall begin at once.

"Emperor Alejandro, the Royale Group wants to build a giant sky scraper in the capital city."

"And allow those terrorists to take Lorai? Never. Consult the Senate. Allow them to build it. But I want it under strict scrutiny. Security checks, no armed guards, and the like. There shall be no attacks on our great nation!"

"Fifty-five percent complete, sir."

"Excellent. And the Laquasans still insist that we can't have armed guards?"

I ask that you reconsider your prohibition of armed guards. Without armed guards, we will be unable to protect our corporate assets. We are willing to subject our guards to your background checks and allow for only light arms.

"Before the towers are taken out, when a chance is recieved we shall load a ship to British Londinium full of the deadly stuff. British Londinium will then be informed that an embargo has been placed on their nation, and that we are working to find the terrorists who blew up the tower. With their government's funds hurting and their nation infected, they shall be easy prey should they try and interfere. They will not mess with Laquasa!"

"Excellent, General Latica. You are dismissed."

OOC: Remember, we are in the same alliance. I'd also like to keep chem/biological weapons off the table for a while.

OOC: Just a question, why do you hate BL so much? And why do you keep calling the Royal Group, plc. terrorists? Also, you might want to explain what the "Doomsday Bug" is. Remember, no disease is uncurably, no epidemic uncontrolable (sp?).

I don't really hate him personally. Just ICly for various reasons.

Quick Summary on Doomsday:
Doomsday is a very deadly form of bacteria that enters through the lungs and rapidly begins destroying lymph nodes adn white blood cells. A painful death but a quick one, takes roughly 48 hours, and reproduces rapidly. Causes welts, soreness, redness, high fever, bloody spew, pain, and death. Kills almost all of its victims.

The Imperial Guardsmen approached the trade ship bound for British Londinium on their own time. They knew the crew was waiting. They boarded the ship, talking friendily to the crew. The each took 1 crewman (there were 10 guards) and had them open a different crate each. Once each was opened, the Guard apoligized to the crewmen, and said that he could not witness his search. When the crewmen was waiting outside, the guards took out the vile full of doomsday. They threw the viles (designed to be soundproof) and they sat. The viles where totally closed off, and were set to open in three hours. They would disperese in ten different crates, each holding:

Food
Clothing
Cars

The Guardsmen then ran out, and left the ship.

The Imperial Guard, numbering 100 men, filed in.

"We come for the weekly search."

The lady at the front desk nodded, and the men scattered. Five, however, proceded as far down into the building as possible. In their packs were highly explosive charges (mostly ammonium nitrate) placed each charge in hidden corners of the last floor. No guads witnessed the search. Each charge had a camera attached, and the Emperor could detonate at his own leisure. The building would collapse, killing many important "Government" members. At the same time the charges would be detonated, several bombs outside would detonate also. This would make it impossible to trace the bomb back to the Emperor, or at least nearly impossible. The attack would be blamed on a national terrorist group known as "Allah's Militia".

OOC: Uh...I get to RP my guards allowing you to enter. After all, I could not allow them in.

Okay. If/Once you do though, the same will happen. I'll just plant charges outside.

The guards marched into the main lobby.

"Security clearance, please."

Commander Leo Thompson stepped forth, and said (In his Hispanic accent): "We are the Laquasan Imperial Guard. We are here for the weekly security checks your militia agreed too."

"Very well. Enter."

The security guard sent an email to corporate HQ about the guards, and ordered all surveillance trained on the guards, and the tapes forwarded to British Londinium.

"Clever asses, they are. Luckily we have a plan." muttered the commander.

Each of the five Guardsmen planting charges in each of the bottom rooms looked behind the camera. Here, they took a rat out of their pocket, voicboxes removed. They smothered the wires with cheese, and the rats chowed down. Wires cut, the Guardsmen planted their charges and left.

"Clever asses, they are. Luckily we have a plan." muttered the commander.

OOC: Because watching gaurds smother cheese on wires and then seeing them drop rats that then eat wires is so not suspectable.

Hey I haven't detonated yet!

Four Islamic men, with charges on their chest, ran towards the Royale Group building. Screaming all the way, the detonated when 3 feeet away. All guadsmen were out of the building. As soon as the "terrorists" blew their charge, so did the Emperor. The builind began to collapse....

But they've (the guards) left... Customs will have a hard time seeing bacteria in an X-ray. Anyway, most customs find it impossible to check all incoming freight. Trade is the most likely way a nation would be nuclear attacked, via tradeship.

The guards on the Londinian ship barred the Laquasans from boarding their vessel. Unlike the guards at the corporate branch, there were no restrictions on their arms.

"Access denied. You have no right to search this vessel. It is the property of the Royale Group," stated a soldier coldly, as the entire security force of the vessel levelled their arms.

"Fine."


On their way out, the Guardsmen chucked the soundproof viles onboard. Eventually, the viles would be eaten by another bacteria within them. The ship was infected. A tracker was also thrown on the side, along with a charge, significant enough to sink the ship.

"Go, go, go!" cried a watchman at the sight of the vial.

"This ship is hereby quarantined until further notice," ordered the captain. "I want this substance analyzed."

"Fine."

OOC: Those Londinians will never notice any of that.

OOC: Hmm...an official Royale vessel in a hostile nation isn't going to be cautious and watch the guardsmen with scrutiny. They didn't notice the charge, but the vial for sure. Besides, how do you make glass soundproof when it breaks? I think he meant shatterproof, but since he didn't say that...

OOC: And the Londinians are watching the Laquasans carefully. Face it, to get a disease there, you'd have to launch a missle. And even that could get shot down.
