The Urcean navy is on a hunt for carriers. While it will be some time before we can make our own, we wish to buy a few designs. A few on our 'carrier wish list' are:

Essex Class - Old, but effective. Could be used for VTOL fighters or helicopters, or even short take-off fighters
Forestall Class - Big, slanted runway, built for jets, what more can we say?
Wasp Class- Yes, I know, it is an Amphibious Assault ship, but we still want it.

We would love a Nimitz class, but obviously none are for sale.

As it happens, the Commonwealth Navy is currently in the process of replacing its Nimitz class carriers with the domestic Rebuke class. As a result, we have four Nimitz class carriers available, used but in good condition. We shall make them available to your own navy for three billion USD each, though you'll be required to send crews to the Commonwealth to take command of the vessels and transfer them to your own navy and ports.

This is acceptable, we will buy all four. We are sending crewmen to man the ships.
