Today a most joyous event has occurred as a new prince has been born into the House of the Emperors. Further, the child has already gained the title as Crown Prince of the Empire.

The news of this had resulted in a large number of celebrations, paid for by the Emperor, have broken out across the whole of the Empire as many millions now join in.

Added many nobles are currently heading towards the Imperial capital as the celebration shall soon take place in the city of the Emperors, Valdra.

To prepare for the festivities the Imperial guard have strictly secure the boundaries in order to prevent any unwelcome peoples from entering the area during the party.

With that extended only people of have been approved will be allowed into the area of the party, upon the risk of the pain of death.

So the Emperor has issued a decree allowing foreign persons to come to the event, after they have asked permission to come and been approved.

The Empire thanks those who seek the hand of the Prince, but the old (talking thousands of years old) state that the Prince can marry only when he comes to age, which in the way of the High Valgardian life span is that he can marry at the age of 80 when he comes into his own.
