OOC I do not believe in paranoia with such a topic. I find it more interesting to intrigue those who wish to be intrigued, such being said I believe it should just be it's own topic. To combat a 'BF 2142 Rip-Off'...

Pan-Asianism was originally a Japanese thought (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pan-Asianism), it is more well known as the 'Co-Prosperity Sphere' but that would place Japan on the top. So this would better suit the people.

Any other questions shall be, and will be or so help me guy in the clouds, messaged to me. If any of you, namely those interested *IE Push, Nero, Panth, etc*, object to any single part you may then bring up something that would be better. Otherwise, as the saying goes, bite me.

Tokyo, Japan

The Coordinator sat in his conference room, speaking with the Prime Minister. Of course, Prime Minister being the puppet and the Coordinator his puppeteer. The subject was one of interest, like always, yet this time the Coordinator and the Prime Minister were at even length with one another. Of course, even if one man is a puppet, he shall always have his qualms. The subject was, of course, over the death of Karl Viliant. To top that off, the Soviets had managed to sneak a message by-foot to a 'pre-determined' outpost with-in Japan's sphere of influence. The message was read aloud, and translated to it's most basic component...

"We require aid in transporting Mr. Vitaly Kurstrovitz to a certain Hokadote Summit."

So, of course, that left the two men to think. Well, basically, the Coordinator. They sat, and he pondered. Some time had gone past, and it was decided.

"Dispatch Agents Zeke and Mugen. Make sure that they know their objective well, if things go right...well, we'll see what happens when things go right." The Coordinator smiled, his stone hand still sending that chill down the PM's spine.

La Porte Harbor, North Province

La Porte had been a success. A completely man made tradeing hub, funded by the Nagasaki Corporation *Key Note - Look out for these guys later*. It was an industrious, zen-mixed city. Well, literally, it was a miniature city. Closed off to either the Nagasaki Corporation, and the 'XYZ' Factors. Of course, this included the Toritsugi...the secretive branch of Government, and so that is when our story begins...

---

"Z, are you sure about this one?" The man, Mugen, had asked in a cautious tone. Z, short for Zeke yet mostly just a nick, looked solidly over at Mugen. It was hard to believe that such a beautifully designed woman could seem so hard...so...just, stern.

"I'm...I'm not sure about this either, Mugen...but...it is not my place, neither yours, to question the authority of such matters." She paused to smile, but continued before Mugen could say much. "We have been assigned with a very important objective, and like before...we will carry it out with utmost certainty. This man whom we have been ordered to rendezvous with is fully capable, and has already accepted the consequences with such a dangerous thing. He has signed his life over, and knows the odds." She paused, she had a way with words but she felt to be talking too much. So...they both stopped, they haulted their murmuring conversation.

"We will be docking in five minutes, please all staff and tourists return to your pre-designated locations until further notice."

Besides...they had no more time to discuss...they had lost that time the second Za Ko-dine-ta assigned them to this.

Hokadote, Japan

Toritsugi Agents, as well as high-in-auth NPA Officers, had convened at the future site of meeting. Both agencies were organizing security, defenses, escape routes...even possible assault tactics...all the way to possible 'High Level Kidnappings'. It was the same old, the usual, and maybe even...the unusual. As far as their reasons, well, there were none in particular. Just a man, a few words, a few more men, and then there they were. Everything was being made for preperation of the future guests, as far as the Correct Wines and Spirits were being obtained and readied...

Kobe, Japan

Blissful the bullets fly,
Plummeting through thy,
Forever rest.
-- Joey's futile attempt at poetry

It was a surprise that anyone would not know of the extremely publicised, news casted event that involved Karl Viliant's death. Infact, it was angering to most to see that the Japanese had failed at getting to him first. Instead, a scruffy pinko with no civil morales decided to invite him over to a nice and beautiful place, only to cowardly plant a slug into his brain. It infact angered the Japanese because of the very cowardly way it was done. No warnings, just a bang bang...

"And thou art dead."

OOC Insert Samurai Quote about Warning Enemy, Wakeing Enemy, Giveing Enemy Katana, so that he may have a fare chance at fighting back.

11 23 AM, NST

It was planned at at 11 30, a half an hour before noon, that a warning be released to the Syndicate Building in-Kobe. The warning was simple, but meant to safe-guard the Japanese way of giveing their enemy a warriors chance at fighting back. Not so much a Japanese way, at least, but an honorouble way....the Samurai's way. The men of the assault teams awaited their orders, all on stand-by for the word. 7...6...5...

---

12 01 PM, NST

It started with a loud bang, noticeable even blocks away. Immediatly there after, came the gun shots. The first three teams assaulted through the front doors, shooting down the armed guards before they had even a chance to reach for their sidearms. The lobby room was quickly cleared out, one team staying behind to secure all non-combatants and the doors. All while at the same time, a rather large helicopter swooped over head. Similar to the Chinook, however a Japanese model...a better model. The team inside roped out through the back hatch, securing the rooftop which had just seconds before been cleared by the two miniguns manned on eitherside of the behemoth.

It seems that with or without warning, these men hadn't a chance...

...as of yet.

OOC After the fighting, and preperation, and transportation of the Soviet leader...I'll make the actual Conference thread dubbed...

The Hokadote Conference [Earth II][Closed Conference]

following thus, if necissary, will be the Post-Conference...which we may have if you wish to have a fun discussion between individuals.

Kirov, United Soviet Republics, Russia

The Office of Vitaly Kurstrovitz, Supreme Soviet Ruler of the U.S.R.

Vitaly clicked his ball point pin while reading through a few unimportant documents. Simple things he had already dealt with but was looking through to revise. His mind was wondering around as he placed a mark here and there on the papers correcting himself to sound more clear and precise. His eyes drove across the paper back and forth as if he was playing ping-pong in his head. A letter he had read moments ago had kept passing through his mind and as he lay the papers and his pin down he began to dwell of the letter.

The former syndicate under the rule of Karl Viliant was being dealt with by the Japanese government, why he chose to kill Viliant himself was still unknown to most the world including some of his own administration. Keeping the Syndicate aide to the RLF cause to himself was something he needed to do, if people found out he had outside help from Karl Viliant then he might have lost the power he currently held in the Soviet Republics. Vitaly would not allow himself to tell the truth to those that didn't need to know it I.E. his own people. As for Japan, well they were clearing all loyal Syndicate members off from the map and here in the Soviet Republics the TSS police were doing the same.

Vitaly pulled a piece of paper out from under the other documents and clicked his pin then pressed it down and began to write.

Dear Mr. Prime Minister

Amidst the recent events of our liberation and the fall of the former Syndicate we are glad to see you follow up on the annihilation of such an organization. Our deepest gratitude goes out to you and your forces that took such a frontal position against these tyrants. As you may know, Karl Viliant is dead, we do apologize for taking the liberty of killing him without your consent but it was necessary for the future of the Soviet Republics. We cannot tell you any more then that but trust me and my council when I say that it was for the better. Furthermore a request to aide our transportation of the 6st Armored Infantry Division off the 1st Army has been laid before you by now I believe. When your answer comes then we may continue to act against our common enemy. As for compensation, we will give you first rights to trade claims in the U.A.E. once liberation in complete. Thank you for you time, please respond soon.

Signed,
Supreme Soviet Rule Vitaly Kurstrovitz.
Checked by the Soviet Council of Foreign Affairs.

He looked it over, though it had not been checked by his council he was sure they would not be offended if he took the liberty of signing it for them. He pulled out a wax sealer, old fashion but to him necessary. The wax poured onto the paper next to his signiture and he stamped down the Soviet Party seal.

With the seal dried he sent the letter off, soon it would reach Japan and the prime minsters hands. Soon he will know if he can continue his organization of the U.A.E. invasion.
