The South Korean Government would like to make an appeal to the PROC to change their stance towards us from Not Good to at least Normal, if not Friendly. This appeal should not be seen by the PROC as a threat however our economies are highly dependent on each other, and with the state of World affairs how they are, we need to have a solid agreement to ensure both our countries' prosperity.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Yours sincerely,
Mr.Kim.
