The President made a speech today that, after talking with congress, Lithuania still does not wish to get involved in any affair that should not involve them, and will only mobalize if ordered by the EU or NATO.

With the pullout of Australia from Afghanistan, the US would like to ask if Lithuania would be able to offer any security forces to the mission?
