Times have not been good here in The Burnsian Desert over the past several years. As some of you may remember, we abruptly dropped off the international stage a long while ago. I will not go into detail as to what happened during this period, but rest assured, the Desert has emerged from its tribulations for the better. This dispatch is an oppurtunity for all interested parties to establish relations with us. Depending on our previous knowledge of your country (or lack thereof), we will set a price for our diplomacy to you. Remember, you're not doing us a favor by talking; we're doing you a favor by listening.
