The winter weather of Russia was particularly harsh this day, the nighttime surrounding didn't aid much either. The red and yellow lights on the runways showed bright, enhanced by the white snow. The runway was cleared enough for the single engine plane of Karl Viliant to land that night and Kustrovitz's newly enlisted Soviet Guard were waiting, black dots near the orange lighted small building in central Omsk. They stood with military cloths baring strapped on AK-74M's. On their heads sat street camo cloth wrapped kevlar helmets baring a red start symbol with U.S.R. written above it.

Omsk would be the meeting place for Kurstovitz and Viliant, here everything about The Syndicate relations with the Soviet Republic could change. Viliant had not liked Kurstovitz's approach to taking the lower lands and had ordered the RLF disabanded once the revolution was over. Ideas of dictatorship with him in charge were his forethought but when Kurstrovitz was placed as leader Viliant had to speak to him. Viliant's thought for the soviet expansion so early was that neighboring territories would feel threatened and attack the new republic. Viliant wanted so much to rule the russian land and with Kurstovitz taking over he had no choice but to keep his position in the Syndicate and continue hiding from his enemies. Now many things would change, he would speak with the man behind the soviets and strike agreements with him, maybe Viliant would get his land after all.

The plane came in and made a quick landing, going into a hanger as fast as possible. Viliant stepped down from the stairs of the plane to be greeted by the Soviet Guard to which he smiled and with a wave headed toward the black box looking sedan. A guard opened the door and Viliant stepped inside, meanwhile the hanger was being shut and the pilot was lighting up a smoke with the remaining soviet guards.

Kurstrovitz had set up a small conference room in a windowless bunker basically in the middle of a forested field. There was a simple wooden table, two chairs and twenty guards, the building had the same red star and U.S.R. symbol on the side of it as the Soviet guard did, infact this was the new symbol of the military and they waited no time in placing this everywhere to claim the territories. Vitaly stepped out of the bunker to await the arrival of his ally, he wore a long wool trench coat colored black, his thinly rimmed glasses had sled down to the tip of his nose and the cold left his arms crossed.

The Soviet guard were split randomly around the area except for two who stood by the single steel door. The guards were talking to each other with an ease of lessened discipline then other divisions of lesser value then they. Though they talked they were alert and when the lights of the oncoming black sedan shined through the midnight moonlit forest they took their positions. Three before the street to check the car, two in the trees to give support for any troubles, four on their knee's with guns up ready to fire the rest watching near Vitaly. The sedan stopped as ordered and the guards waved him off after which the car rolled up next to Vitaly.

A guard ran up and opened the door revealing Viliant who stepped out wearing a green camo jacket and a black had with a red star on it, a show of support for the soviets.

"Ah, Karl Viliant. Its nice to finally meet you." Said an approaching Vitaly with a hand out to shake.

"And the same to you comrade." Viliant responded with a firm grasp to Vitaly's hand.

"This way, please after you." Vitaly directed Karl toward the steel door which was being opened by the door guard.

Viliant nodded and walked forward entering the white room of the bunker. He looked around seeing nothing, no maps or papers. Just a plan white room.

"Yes well, I suppose you were expecting something with more papers about it. Sorry for that, maps are still being drawn in detail as well as our new government papers and such. Its in the process, but for now I wanted to speak with you instead of the papers." Vitaly immediatly responded to Viliants look of surprise.

"Yes well, all fine. I was expecting a more political meeting but I suppose I havn't had a plain one for so long that I always expect it anyway." Viliant chose his seat across from Vitaly who had walked to the left, across from Viliant.

The door was shut behind the two men and their meeting begun.

"So Vitaly, a soviet state huh? What happened to the non-communist liberation. I thought you wanted democracy."Viliant said as a smirk rose to his lips and his eyes rose questionably.

"Well, that is what I wanted to meet with you about. I had heard some things about you wanting to take these territories and dictate them. When I heard this I couldn't simply hand over the forming government to The Syndicate which is lead by you. I've heard many things about you Viliant and I am not particularly happy about them." Vitaly responded wiping the smirk from Viliants face.

"WHAT!!! You dare accuse me of wanting to dictate this land. I have been working toward Russian liberation for years and now that these territories have it I would never think of ruling them with an iron fist. I rule only The Syndicate and I rule them under the watching eye of The Yakuza which are not allowing us the freedoms we need. We supported your cause because these lands deserve the freedom. We supported you so we could be safe from the Japanese on Hokkaido. The only reason you have this land is because we got the former military behind you, we bought you weapons and we worked along side you. You have no right to accuse me of such a thing as wanting to dictate this land." Viliant shouted out now with anger in his eyes. Vitaly mean while stayed himself, his glasses on the tip of his nose now and his eyes calm even as he was being yelled at.

"And yet you show me more of your problems. I would never allow you to rule a land of people as great as these." Vitaly responded still ever calm but now his arms were folded as before.

"You don't know me, or what I am capable of. You just wait Vitaly...you just wait. Reconcider your actions before you make them because your tredding on thin ice and when you brake through The Syndicate and I will take your position." Viliant responded now even more angrily.

"Please, you think I'm afraid. Think Karl, just think for a second about your position. You cannot threaten me." Vitaly chuckled to himself and leaned back in his chair as Viliant thought.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Viliant's head turned thoughts around as if it were juggling them, first he remembered his landing. The guards were needed to keep him safe, he remembered Vitaly telling him bringing his own was a waist of space and not needed as the Soviet Guards were very capable. His pilot was a trained soldier but he had left him behind, infact he remembered them closing the hanger and locking the door, his pilot was left behind while he went on ahead. Viliant was now dashing his eyes about, he knew what was going on, why else would Vitaly meet in a secret bunker in Omsk instead of the government building set up in Kirov.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Outside the guards were on constant alert, the two at the doors had actually switched the safety off their guns and were pearing through the darkness. The guard on the left looked at his partner and then nodded. The other man nodded with a dark smile then the left guard reached out, his hand connecting with a metal round door handle. he opened the door to which Viliant turned his head to see the armed guards enter the room with guns up aimed at him. He turned his head to Vitaly who had placed a pistol outward aimed right toward Viliants forehead.

"What is this?...Treason?" Viliant spoke out.

"No, revolution my friend...revolution." Vitaly nodded the gun upwards and Viliant stood to be knocked back against the far wall by the guards.

A camera was then rolled in and pointed at the man to which Vitaly took a spot beside him the pistol still in his left hand. Viliant was sweating now, he had never been so close to death even back in his army days he fought on lesser lines then the front which he always pretended to be on. Viliant truly was a coward and now Vitaly had seen through him, used him to his own needs and now was disposing of him and The Syndicate ties.

The camera buzzed for a second then turned on, a red light followed on top and the camera man shouted "Live". Vitaly stood forward and spoke.

"Nations of the world, here is your enemy. Karl Viliant of the Syndicate himself. A man who's passion has been the persecution of those under himself and those he concidered below him. A man who believed that these soviet states would cave and allow him to dictate our lives, but we are a free people. A people with no need for this man any longer and so I bring this coward forward to you. He deserves no trial for the crimes he commited and tonight he will pay for his misdeeds. Viliant, please speak...defend yourself." Vitaly had a sudden command to his voice, something Viliant hadn't noticed throughout the hour he had been speaking with him.

The command in Vitaly's voice actually made Viliant's eyes look fearful, he was scared and showing it now. Viliant stepped forward to speak but was punched in the stomach and pushed back into the wall.

"Speak from there, you have no right to step forward." Vitaly barked out and the guard stepped beside Viliant and held him back.

"Then I will...I do not have anything to say to defend my actions. They were just and for the better of this world. Anything less would be treasonous to myself, you may do what you will to me but my spirit will live on in others who see the future I saw for this world." Viliant put the fear in his eyes away and now had a stern look to his face, though his nose was now bleeding slightly from reasons unknown.

Vitaly nodded to the guards who kicked the man to his knees and held his arms up so his head would not slump.

Vitaly stepped beside him and placed the Tokarev TT pistol to Viliants temple.

"May god have mercy on your soul." Vitaly said.

"Your god has left me." Viliant shouted out then was shot on the nationally broadcasted execution. A death of a man who deserved nothing more or less.

The broadcast was sent around to any station that would take it and though some wouldn't the news traveled there. Viliant was dead now and the United Soviet Republics claim all territory owned by The Syndicate as their own. It would seem soon the U.A.E. and what was left of Ash Sharqiyah would see U.S.R. troops in the future.
