"Two of them are coming up this valley. They're taking their sweet time, Gregov is watching them." Three men huddled under the cover of a poncho, looking over a map. Their guns rested upon a tree, as the men tried to figure out a new strategy.
"They took out our outpost in sector A2. I can't believe they snuck up on us like that. Oh well, it doesn't matter. We've got them fairly well surrounded. Alexi, I want you to take your squad and try to take back sector A2. They expect an attack there, so we'll give it to them. Try to take as few losses as possible, just keep them occupied."
"Da!" Alexi said, grabbing his Steyr AUG, and heading towards his men.
"Radio Charlie squad. Tell them to leave a couple men in E4, and to ambush any assaulting forces. The rest of them, have them sneak around the east, and attack their fort in D6. I don't want it defended though. Wipe it out, and continue to head towards their main base. If we take that, they will only hold A2, and we can just surround them and snipe them at will. Its a long walk to their non-cap."
"Roger, sir!"
Zach sighed. This team they were facing was new to the professional field, and yet they were putting up an admirable defense. Was the team getting soft? The enemy was unorganized, less trained, and they should have been defeated an hour ago. How did they get through the lines? A whole squad, too. That cost them dearly, but they gained a few forts.
"Enemies to the north east!" Zach immediatly grabbed his M4 when he heard the call. "Everyone to defensive positions!" There were only about 5 men defending the base, it was far back in the lines. They weren't great enemies, but what a fucking penchant for being stealthy they had. The scout had radioed that 16 men were on their way. It was going to be a longer fight than zach had expected.

"And Team Aireous wins! Though Team Kennian made some huge gains in the final hour of the battle, it wasn't enough to upset the point lead that Aireous had obtained in the previous hours. Team Aireous is now assured a place in the play-offs, with Team Kennian needing to win both of its next two matches for a shot. What a match, folks!
For those of you out of the loop, Play-offs will be held between the top 8 chellian teams in the next two weeks. The top two teams will go to the international Tournament, which is to be held in a month. Reserve tickets now, they won't last long!
International slots still need to be filled! All nations are allowed to sponsor one team in the competition, and a team must be sponsored by a nation to be accepted. Rules are available at ccc.AirsoftInternational.ceg.
OOC: Basically, I'm setting up an international airsoft tournament in Chellis. Please note if you're interested. The rules are fairly broad, no guns over 400fps except for sniper rifles, which can hit 500fps(but the gun can't be fully automatic if its 500fps). Only pistols allowed to fire at ranges of 15 feet or less. No vehicles, or weapons that spew more than three pellets at a time allowed, except for grenade launchers. Please. note if you're interested.
