The Netanyahu Doctrine
A Declaration of the Israeli State of IDF's Foreign Policy
The primary mission of IDF in the Foreign Policy realm is to protect the Jews who are living abroad. By our Law of Return, we deem any Jew living in any nation to be a person who's safety we are accountable for.
Therefore, it is the policy of the Israeli State of IDF to take actions whenever a government shall make moves against the Jewish People. Should a nation institute anti-semitic laws agains the Jews, we will take action to protect the Jews.
We will take whatever action that we deem justified including possible preemptive strikes against the violator. This isn't an idle threat from the Israeli people. This is a promise from us to protect our brothers in other nations from possible aggression.
It is policies such as ours that will end the possibility of pogroms or genocide against our people.

Knesset Resolution #1023
Affirmation of the Netanyahu Doctrine
By a vote of 85 to 35, the Israeli State of IDF's Knesset has passed a resolution backing the Netanyahu Doctrine as the official foreign policy of IDF
Russkyan Government Missive in Response to the Netanyahu Doctrine.
With regards to the Netanyahu Doctrine recently adopted by the Israeli State of IDF, the People's Socialist Republic of Russkya finds it nessecary to clarify their position on the Netanyahu Doctrine, pertaining especially to the doctrine's application and overall implications as they affect the People's Socialist Republic, regional allies or neighbouring nations in the area controlled by the Socialist Federative Republics, and other nations who maintain friendly relations with the People's Socialist Republic of Russkya.
This however does not exclude other sovereign nations and nation-states as well as autonomous zones whose soverignity may be violated by the extreme interventionist foreign policy adopted by the Israeli State of IDF.
Due to the overwhelming Knesset majority which affirmed Resolution No. 1023, it can only be assumed that the majority of the Israeli populace is in favour of such action and with polling and intelligence gathering indicating the same amongst the Jewish communities in Russkya and Sorachoak as well as other locales, this indicates a potential threat to the continued well-being of the Russkyan nation and people. Such action is intolerable according to existing Russkyan foreign policies.
Given the Israeli "Law of Return," which considers the safety and potential well being of any Jew in any nation to be the concern of the Israeli State, the logical result of such action is to consider each Jew a potential threat to national security, as they are backed by a interventionist and openly hostile nation-state. With the noble although ultimately misguided attempt to prevent persecution of the Jewish communities in soverign nations, the Israeli State has managed to directly threaten every soverign nation with potential warfare, to include possible preemptive strikes, all on the basis of domestic policy created by a soverign nation, and therefore, not answerable to the whims of the Knesset and the Israeli State of IDF.
Interventionist policies such as the Netanyahu Doctrine threaten every nation, nation-state, and autonomous zone with warfare, the only result of which can be destruction amongst the citizens of that nation, on the basis of domestic policy. Such action can only be percieved as a threat to Russkyan National Security and the continued well being of the Russkyan homeland and its people.
Most sincere apologies are offered if the Russkyan Foreign Affairs Department has misinterpreted the meaning of the Netanyahu Doctrine and its implications. It is however believed that such is not the case. Given the Netanyahu Doctrine and its implications to the continued well being of Russkya, it is possible that the small Jewish community in Russkya faces potential identification as subversives and state-sponsored terrorists, with the kindest possible result after such action being deportation.
Regards,
[Signed]
Viktor Govak, Minister of the Interior & Foreign Affairs,
People's Socialist Republic of Russkya.
