Hello nations of the world! I am Michael von Strangaild! We have just recovered from a brutal war in which the nation of Zackaroth and his Dominion pals killed me and my people. i however was able to escape the brutes attacks and craftly escaped along with some of my people. But zAckaroth still threatens to destory me and my peoples way of life! Please I ask for help against this brutal fiend and save me from my brothers opressive rule!

We are pleased that you have accepted our proposal. We assure you, you shall not fall beneath the heel of another ever again.

En route to your nation now is an Air Fleet of the Sanctus Schola, the mailed fist of the Emperor. These warriors will land where available, and provide for you the security awarded to those in the Dominion. They are some of the most advanced combatants in the world, and can and shall stand against any foe you now or will have.

Over the course of time, these defenses shall be increased as warranted by international pressure. You are safe now, a full Legion, five-hundred thousand strong, of the prestigious 1st Strelkovy Garrison Army Group, who shall enact a permanent garrison along the border and in critical locations. When this is achieved, the Grazskar brigades of the Air Fleet shall be removed.

Also imported will be fully twenty-million laborers of the Farmer Caste from the Dominion, commanded by two-million Artisan Caste engineers, who will begin a massive construction project; to encircle your nation in a defensive wall rivaling that of their homeland. Subsequently, there will be a single one-hundred and fifty-kilometer square Pudite compound constructed, for the housing of our soldiers.

You, as the sixth Foreign District, will not be forsaken.
