Intent to Establish Foreign Embassy in the
Imperial City of New Tibar

Stipulations:
• No more than one hundred military personnel allowed
• No large weapons of any nature
• The Imperial Holy Empire of Marquish strives to remain neutral in all international incidents. Should any act of aggression be committed against the Holy Empire, or committed against other foreign dignitaries (within our realm) the neutrality of the offending government shall be forfeit, and penalties may include arrest of the offending individual through the expulsion of all citizens of the offending nation.

The PDSRA's establishing diplomatic relations with Marquish is conditional upon Marquish establishing an embassy in Ariddia. Please communicate to us the name of your ambassador.

Be informed also that, if Ariddian diplomatic personnel are not granted full diplomatic immunity in Marquish, nor shall Marquish diplomlatic personnel be granted full diplomatic immunity in Ariddia.

The PDSRA is not in the habit of committing acts of aggression against anyone, so that shouldn't be a problem. Please note, however, that the same conditions shall apply to Marquish' personnel in Ariddia.

Ambassador al Auq will arrive in Marquish as soon as we have been informed of the name of your ambassador to Ariddia.

Our approval is excellent news, and we will send forth Ambassador Bataga as soon as the Imperial Holy Empire of Marquish assigns an ambassador to Ossyria.
