At the moment there are 20 places available but if demand increases and when these places have been filled the other buildings shall be opened. All Embassy's have stunning views over the city, being at the top of the hill and there has been a specially Parking Lot created for your cars, please request for a space there if you take a Embassy building, for there is only room for one official car infront of each building. Of course the Parking service shall be free of charge. There are many parks and restuarant near-by.

The family of your Embassador can live in the Embassy, it is a very pleasant area, but if you wish them to be situated elsewhere in the city please mention.

His Majesty proposes to send Ambassador Irulana Mishkep; with a staff of fifty civilians and thirty soldiers of The Emperor’s Guard and five armored Range Rover SUVs, and two Thopters (light non-jet propelled aircraft, used for transportation). The only weapons to be carried by the Embassy Guard will be hand guns, small rifles (for sentries), and ceremonial Krist Knives (which may be carried by civilians as well).
If any of these provisions are unsatisfactory, His Majesty is willing to compromise.
His Majesty also extends an invitation to you as well, to establish an Embassy in the Imperial City of New Tiber (please see attached)

Simple stuff, 30 Diplomats, 10 guards armed with (if possible) HH-1 handguns and G65S Assault Rifles.

We would like to apply for an embassy exchange between Clandonia Prime and the Duckquakmuse in an effort to improve diplomatic relations which were soured by the previous administration. Standard Clandonian security details provided by a platoon of Clandonian marines armed with standard urban loadout to guard the 60 diplomatic personal. Vehicles of three Range Rovers, one limo and two Agusta A109 helicopters.

It has been decided by the Royal Parliament’s recently passed “Embassies and Horticultural Obstusance Act” that the Salisbury Dominion applies for embassies in foreign states.

For the King’s Ambassador in Duckquackmuse, I have selected a most able chap by the name of sir Donald Dungewood. He served well under the Duke of Gull and will serve you well in our future diplomatic exchanges. He will bring with him his family, an assistant, and a detachment of Halberdiers. He would also like to bring his personal helicopter, and is wondering if there is a helipad on your embassies.

Thoroughly understandable, we would not want to do that. However, here in Bartonstein our military presence is strong and the protection of our officials is paramount. The King himself sends this message, "I am very pleased that we could reach a compromise such as this in such a quick time. Please feel free to ask of our government anything you wish and we will try our best to grant your request."
