BBC World Service

Today, construction on Space Station Liberty, the LFR-sponsored endeavour, began.

Royal Starfleet vessels transported the first module into geostationary orbit over the planet surface, it being a mere 500 kilometres away from HMSD Icarus, the Londinian military installation, for protective purposes.

A spokesman from the Royal Starfleet stated that this position was only temporary.

The Royal Corps of Engineers is in the process of assembling a docking module so that further work may occur.

Cortellen is wondering if they could build a part in their country and then ship it to British Londonium to then be launched.

This is acceptable, but expensive, as it would require specialised cargo aircraft to move it.

With two modules on the space station, and the ability for other nations to beginning sending up components, the RCE is to install thrusters at once, so that gravity may be simulated as well as so that Freedom-1 can move into MEO forthwith.

Cortellen can not afford such a large amount of money. We donated all spare money we had to the space program.

For our dear ally, the price shall be lowered to thirty million USD.

Furthermore, money can be payed at a later date, or over time.

Cortellen thanks British Londinium for this. We will give you 30 million of the one hundred million we donated and spend the other 70 million on starting on constructing fully Cortellen parts of the space station.

The Latin Empire would like to donate 1 billion to the ISS, and is willing to donate any solar panels that are needed. In return, all we ask for is that we can establish an embassy to the LFR in the ISS.

An embassy in a space-station? Curious. I'll take that to mean representation in the ISS, and that is granted.

However, attempting to bargain for support is irrelevant. Your support is mandated under the Space Programme Act.
