ooc: Looking to create alliances with other nations, maybe even some enemies too. My NS nation is based of the Dune books, but welcome to RPG with anybody.
The sun was setting over the great ridge mountains which separated the capital city of New Tibar and the merciless desert. Emperor Logan 'Farad'n' Rautha, (whom at the young age of 20, is the youngest to rule the empire) was standing on a balcony overlooking the massive Imperial complex which dwarfed the city, as one of two moons began to rise over the horizon, giving off an eerie neon green light. The emperor turned just moments before Eothan, his Mentat entered his chambers;
“Sire, I have the decree you asked for, it has been endorsed by the council” he said, handing the emperor a parchment of paper
“Royal Decree by his Emperor Logan ‘Farad’n’ Rautha; enacted this day in council;
Having ascended to the imperial court after the death of my uncle, Emperor Alex Umarinad, I herby announce my intention to open the Empire which he had closed off from the multiverse for so long.
All friends step forward and announce yourself, you will be welcome with open arms”
“Good Eothan, now transmit this message for all to hear” the Emperor said, turning his gaze back at the desert “and let us see what fate has in store”
