According to press releases issued by the Government of British Londinium, an unknown race has been attacking Royal Starfleet vessels, with six hundred personnel believed to be dead.

In the few transmissions issued from these ships before their demise, the aliens have been seen eating crewmembers alive whilst torturing others.

The Emperor and Empress asked the international community for aid in this manner.

The Caex Class Frigate on routine patrol at the edge of DO space was attacked by 'aliens'. A fierce battle that went from space, into the ship, and back out into space, eventually saw the 'aliens' driven away. A large number of casualties on both sides showed that the technology of the 'aliens' was comparable to even some of the more moderately advanced system nations. This act of aggression by the unknown 'aliens' brought attention of the matter to the Admirals’ Council. They had heard that these 'aliens' started their attacks, and were concentrated on, the British Londinium. So, they agreed to send out an expedition to find out the connection of the 'aliens' to British Londinium and the location of the 'aliens' base of operations within the galaxy. The Valeji Class Cruiser, 'Lunaris II', and a squadron of Svent Class Corvettes (three ships) were given the orders to find those answers.

Jump tunnels opened up at the edge of British Londinium territory, spilling fourth these four warships.

"How should we deal with these reports coming out of British Londinium?" Vice Admiral Mahger, one of Admiral Vrelck's deputy commanders asked towards the end of the last daily briefing of the week.

"It could jeopardize Operation: Bataan...." one of the senior Army commanders in the room interjected.


"Set up clandestine unmanned reconnaissance patrols in that area."Admiral Vrelck ordered after tossing the his aid had carefully prepared for him on the desk in front of him.

"I'll see to it personally, sir. Anything else?"Vice Admiral Mahger asked hoping to be dismissed early so he could get started on his winter vacation plans.

3 cloaked probes will conduct passive scanning in the region until these aliens are observed, upon which a long-range probe will be dispatched for active intelligence gathering operations.

OOC: FT, massive, evil, etc. You can stat for them.

The small recon fleet moved from the Outer Reach region of the system to the Primary Biosphere region. They were most likely detected by the sensors of the British Londinium as they approached, exactly what they wanted. They went into orbit around the outermost planet and waited for contact.

Signal to Outlying Vessels

This is Captain Cicero, of the Royal Starfleet of British Londinium. Identify yourselves.

The largest ship of the four sent forth the reply.

[Translation: This is Captain Zanith of the Draconic Order. We have tracked an unidentifed aggressive alien species to British Londinium space. We command you to give us all the information you have on this species so we can destroy it.]

Now hear this, now hear this. Our ability to report on information regarding the aliens is minimal. No living individual has ever reported back.

[Translation: Then the British Londinium is weak. For the aliens set against us were destroyed by one of our patrols.]
