The Minister of Diplomatic Relations of the nation of Cortellen wishes to start trading embassies with other countries in order to promote peaceful relations with foreign countries. The embassy will be located in the Government Center of our capital, Sylvan Downs and you will be given a block in the new Foreign District for housing.

Restrictions for embassy staff:

-No more then three dipolmats
-No more then ten staff members per dipolmats
-No more then twenty members of a security force
-No weapon more powerful then a rife
-No armed vechiles
-No more then one small jet
-No more then one helicopter per diplomat
-No more then four cars per diplomat

Your embassy will also be guarded by 50 memebers of Sylvan Downs' police force.

Our two nations have been cut from each other for long enough. It is the unanimous decision of the ruling Council of Ministers and the Sanctified Emperor to establish relations between our peoples. To sum up our nation, the government is set up like a federation between equal states. These states are de jure independent, but are also bound to serve the Emperor and the democratically-elected federal government.

Our ambassador will be Husa Babilu, Grand Prince of the Noble House of Babilu and a Prince of the Empire (but not of the emperor's noble house) and two vice-delegates. Each will be attended by ten staff members and protected by a twenty man OIRAF (Ossyrian Imperial & Royal Armed Forces) SpecOps team.

As we are a new nation that rose out of divided states a few years before, we are working towards the restortian of relations with other nations. We have no been fortunate for some time since our domestic affairs were of top priority since our founding.

Alas we must establish relations with nations in order for our diplomatic significance to arise. We will be flattered to exchange embassies with Cortellen. Our Ambassador shall be a former member of Parliament, Erwin Himmel. We shall only 18 Security guards armed with M2 Carbines and 9mm Walther P1 pistols. We also shall have 1 UH-1D Helicopter and 2 Armored Mercedes cars ready for the diplomat.

Through existing communication channels, and or relayed via gratious third parties-

ICCD is willing to undertake an embassy exchange and undertake talks on any bilateral treaties of merit. ICCD would be best served if a few acres be set aside for construction, preferably near a clean water source or an area with ground water reserves. Likewise a required piece of land can be reciprocated in ICCD. Lacus Prae is the Diplomatic Capital of ICCD, and also a very large trade center, and a thriving metropolis. The Diplomatic Quarter is centered around Lacus Prae and there is currently land available along the western bank of the lake. It is a rather beautiful area locate high atop the hills looking down into the valey of Lacus Prae. The lake itself is locked in the hill and decends down a series of waterfalls. The mountains and climbing steep accent the natural beauty of the area even more. The raised alititude and lake side area is pinicle as it offers a couple degrees cooler temperatures in this subtropical area. There are a variety of other areas that there are diplomats active in. The Old Capitals of the Kingdom of Intracircumcordei, the Holy Seat of the Eternal at Xian, the Central Lakes Adminstrative Capital, the Holy Capital of the Sacred, and countless other locations. Very high profile allies can also be honoured to be housed in the Great Fortress across the lake of the Imperial Palace, in it's own respect a small Island City..

It has been decided by the Royal Parliament’s recently passed "Embassies and Horticultural Obstusance Act" that the Salisbury Dominion applies for embassies in foreign countries.

I submit as the Salisbury’s Ambassador Sir Robert Fitzwalter, who shall travel to your country, reside in the embassy, and engage in diplomatic activities between our two nations. He will have with him his family and several servants, as well as his own helicopter. He also personally requests that a plane of his be kept in the closest airport to the embassy.
