Kornosia Fact book- PMT

Overview of Kornosian history:
The nation of Kornosia was built by a Church of Vampires that ecsaped persecution in Transylvania. The Vampires created the Church of the Trinity Blood.The natio was created so that people could come and live thier lives and just exist. And this system worked for around 400 years. But after 400 hundred years the people no longer wanted to only exist. They formed the Government, so that administration could better thier lives, and for the most part it did. but others who did not support the government created the Military. A sect that opposed the Government. At first it was civil and calm but after some years of getting no where the military struck at the Government. This sparked the Era of Civil war. This time lasted for 50 years leaving the nation in ruin. The war was only stopped when the Church intervented. The people on both sides trusted the Church and agreed to lay down thier arms if the church willed it. After a pact was made called the pact of Unity, the Government returned to its power with the Military leading its path as the enforcers of Kornosian law. And as punishment for the war the people most now listen to loud speakers tell them that they are happy, and read posters that say " You love you life". And for the mostpart the people accept this. And those who down are punished and hunted by the chruches Alchemists.

Main political factions in Kornosia:

The Military: Formed as an opposition group to the Government, the military is comprised of Police officers and military soldiers. Thses soldiers and police work on two fronts. The Public and civil order, and personel guard of the Church. These guards are skilled Alchemist who are trained in destructive Alchemic natures. The military is also the second political party in Kornosia.

The Church of the Trinity Blood, as most know was created from refugee Vampires that hwere fleeing persecution. The church mainly lets the Goverment run the nation, only sepping in if thing start to get out of hand. The church has survived for almost 500 years. And was by The Vampire Arch-Patriarchs- Draculos, Malvictor, and Xavioious. Each Vampire representing one of the Three direct Vampire Blood Lines

The Government was created by the majority of Kornosia and was formed to help improve the people lives. The Government did so as well as they could but had little or no control in which to enforce its laws. The GOvernment also handles all afairs of the state weather it be forgien affairs or domestic disputes

History of the wine, and specs:

The Kornosian Blood wine was originally made for the Patriarchs of the church of the trinity Blood. Being Vampires they wished to not feed upon their followers. As such the people of Kornosia developed the Kornosian Musken grape; a grape which underwent 400 years of breeding and cultivation. The grape was finally perfected and was grown by a man by the name of Alexis Beverius; his family now owns the Beverius Vineyard-which is the only vineyard to produce the Blood wine. The Vineyard is now ran by his great x5 grandson Alexis Beverius the 5th. The vineyard has stayed in the family despite the nation’s constant political power exchange of the nation. Even with the past civil war the vineyard was not included in the combat. But the grape has one draw back because of its perfected design, he grape can not be grown in cold or hot climates, the temp must stay between 60-65 Degrees. The Vine takes 10 months to grow a single bunch of grapes. Because of the grapes difficulty to make the wine is very rare and extremely expensive.

The wine is created from Kornosian Musken Grapes. And because the grape is extremely difficult to cultivate and must be "Watered" with blood, the grape has a clear inside until it is “watered”, and the skin has a sliver color that even shimmers in the light. The vine then uses the bloods plasma of its nutrition source while the red blood cells are broken down and it’s absorbed by the skin and juice, giving it a nice rich red color. The grape will mature in sunlight for 5 weeks and then it’s is harvested. The blood used for its "watering" is donated by three sources: The king of Kornosia, the vines owner, and From Draconis the Arch-Patriarch of The Kornosian Church of the Trinity Blood. Once the grapes are harvested they are mashed and juiced. The juices are then boiled for 1 hour and the thickened juice is taken and placed into water tight cherry wood barrels and is aged for 5 years. Never to see the light of day again until the bottling day comes. When the bottling happens a specially made bottle. Is made and the wine is purred inside. Then it is corked with an expanding cork that makes an air tight hold. Because the bottle is so fragile, it is placed into a glass box that is only large enough for the bottle itself. Then the glass box is placed into a 5x5x5x5 crate filled with Heavy motion absorbing gel. The crate is then transported by guard to its buyer.
