Welcome to the International Resort and Vacation Spot, a place for world leaders to go for vacations, get-aways, or temporary summer homes. It's official name is the "Mountain Channel Green Hills Island Mega Resort Complex", a enclosed mega resort located in the Rinise Island Chain off the coast of Island Ovray Heights Province, United Ed States. The enclosed safe and secure resort has hundreds of acres of private beach, pools, various mansions and for our travelers on a budget, smaller summer houses. We offer several packages, and all are always open for negotiation, especially with our "high spenders".
About the resort:
Packages:
Each package comes with atleast one 3 story summer home with a backyard large swimming pool, various tennis/sports courts, sattellite TV and telephone service, and of course the usual maid/food service deals. All plots, wether for rent or purchase, are within atleast 10 minutes walk from the beach, 30 min. walk to the main Hotel Center, and specialized closed off roads provide even quicker access, seeing as because the roads are closed off to the public, traffic is non-existant, so rides are fast and fun. This island, keep in mind, happens to be a island which has the same approximate temperatures/weather as the Bahamas, so it rarely goes above 85 degrees and below 60 degrees. The beaches and landscape are beautiful, of course.
Small Package:
Includes: 8 acres of flower gardens, greenhouses, vineyards and grassy hills, of course including a private plot of beach and a large dock, complete with small boat and a jet ski. Includes a 4 car garage and small 3 story mansion with all services (maid, food service, cleaning, etc.). Also includes tennis courts out back and small shooting range.
Rent per day: 5,000 dollars
Purchase (includes yearly upkeep): To be discussed between purchaser and myself
Medium Package:
Includes: Everything in the small package, plus additional 4 acres of land, larger section of beach, large dock with 40 ft. cabined boat, 2 jet skis, 5 car garage, 4 story wide mansion, and 10 various sports/athletic facilities (weight room, shooting range, various sports courts, 2 olympic sized pools, etc.). Includes all upkeep services.
Rent per day: 12,000
Purchase (includes yearly upkeep): To be discussed between purchaser and myself
Large Package (for our exorbitant vacationeers):
Includes: Everything in the small and medium packages, plus: additional 5 acres of land, huge dock with 2 40 ft. cabined ships, 4 jet skis, 1 20 ft. fishing ship, 7 car garage, 5 story mansion with "summer lodge" by beach (small 1 floor house), 16 various sports facilities, including 4 olympic sized swimming pools and a in water water skiing course, not to mention an additional dune buggy course, and of course, a small heli-pad in your backyard.
Rent per day: 18,000

Standard Permanent Residence Package (designed for those who money is not a concern in the slightest, and comfort is everything):
A deed to your own plot of land, containing everything in the large package in addition to access to a small radio towerless runway on the edge of the island, as well as a hanger to store up to 2 small Cessna sized planes, and an additional helicopter (small).
Price: Open to bartering, but standard start up price is $1,000,000,000, and 1,000 weekly due to service charges wether house is in use or not
As said before, every package is open to bartering, but if I say no, I mean NO! There are also casinos, public spas, and other exhibits in the resort, free of charge to use by all purchasers of any rental or permanent purchase package. We have armed security on guard all over the resort 24/7, and we have direct links to the nearest UES National Military Base in case of a emergency.
"Big Spender's" Permanent Residence Package (designed for those who burn money for enjoyment):
A deed to your own plot of land, containing everything in the Standard Permanent Residence Package in addition to a private large radio towered runway on your property, a hanger to store up to 6 small Cessna sized planes, 1 parger Piper sized aircraft, and an additional 3 helicopters (small). Also includes an extra 40 acres of land, a Japanese style "peace garden (houses exotic and rare plants)", a theatre sized home entertainment center inside the mansion, a giant stable for horses and all other animals, a huge dock which can harbor up to 5 40 ft. ships, as well as about 12 jet skis, an extra 15 sports/work out centers, a "fish pond (small lake which can house rare fish)", a Party Hall so you may host large 100 guest or more parties, a grand dining hall, a closed off scuba diving/snorkling center (up to 10 ft. deep in some places), a "secret chamber (for those who may need to hide in case of a international emergency)", and a "Super pool", one complete with water slides, very high dives, and islands in the middle to allow for a more interesting swimming experience, and lastly, a small "zoo" for exotic animals and plants from your homeland on case you get homesick.

The "We won't ask questions" Package (designed for those who may wish to use the beach side home for a not neccessarily "legal" sort of reason, wether it be to hide your hit men here, or smuggle your drugs out of here. Bottom line is the more we know about what you're doing in the home, the better, but if you do not wish to tell us anything, we carry a "as long as we get payed, we do not know anything and will not ask any further questions" attitude)
Contains everything found in the: Standard Permanent Residence Package, in addition to an extra 2 small plane hanger with accomodating airfield, more dock space to house an extra 4 jet skis and 4 20 ft. ships, a "secret basement" which has numerous hidden closets which may hold anything thinner than 4 inches (money, drugs, the lot), a "gun room" to come fully stocked (please use only in case of emergency, and only if we are contacted) with 20 M-16's, 20 G-36's, 50 Uzis, 20 Bernelli Shotguns, 100 M-9 9mm sidearms, 200 grenades (all frag), 50 RPK light machine guns, 15 RPG-7's, and enough shells to last all the weapons several hours atleast, and of course, several 50 caliber MG's are places in hidden camoflauged spots all around the compound. Also comes with a electrified barbed wire fence for that cool and scary "bad guy" appearence. Last but not least, in hidden compartments around the mansion, there are fake walls to hide things in (the "goods", whatever they may be).
Price: Open to bartering, but standard start up price is $3,500,000,000, and 3,500 weekly due to service charges wether house is in use or not (also an additional 500,000,000 dollars yearly to "keep from tattling", as we call it)
