For too long, democratic nations have been unjustly attacked. We are here to stop that, and make our members mighty.

Our purpose is to protect democratic or semi-democratic nations from unjust invasions, and protect them, and help them in any quest.


Alliance Constitution:


Article 1:
All nations are to give military aid when another member is being invaded.
ON NUCLEAR, CHEMICAL, AND BIOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE WARS:

Members with nuclear, chemical, and biological capabilites: MUST help when another member is conducting a nuclear war is larger than they are in both A)population and B)military budget.


Article 2:
Offering aid when a fellow ally declares a state of emergency is mandatory, be it monetary, or otherwise needed.


Article 3:
If two nations within the alliance were to go to war, the original aggresser will be thrown out of the alliance.


Article 4:
Members MUST be Left-Wing (liberal, allowing many freedoms, including, but not limited too: Speech, Religion, Press, Sexuality [not necessarily meaning gay-marriage is legal], petition, congregation, and Business [though, we accept nations that regulate business]), and democratic or somewhat democratic. No communist or national socialist nations are allowed. However, we respect other nation's government's rights to conduct their own laws, unless in the case of genocide.


Article 5:
The alliance itself can declare war on another alliance, or nation. For the Alliance itself to declare war on another alliance, it needs to pass through the High Council. Members should have a standing military at all times.

Article 6:
A Governing Council of three nations, two voted in, and one being a permanent member shall rule over the Alliance. One permanent member will be Nova Aquaria, and the first two other members to join. The Governing Council, hereby referred to as the High Council can banish members, and alter the constitution. A 2/3 majority is needed to pass legislation. Elections are held every third week. Until seats are filled, Nova Aquaria will be in charge of the constitution. The alliance's founder, Nova Aquaria, may not be expelled.*

Article 7:
When one member nation invades another, all other members must help. Unless it is help is deemed "Unnecessary" (No help is needed) by the council, military aide must be given.

We do not condemn your new alliance; though we will not launch a physical attack, but we will denounce you politically. If any of our nations are on negative terms, so negative that they imply that your will break out sooner or later, we will choose the option of sooner and launch a pre-impetive strike against your alliance. We wish for you to re-write your nation standards so that it support Socialist Militarism Empires like myself.

Further more we will never send any support of any kind to help your nation in any time of need if you do not comply with our request. This is NOT an ultimatium, we just request these things.
