The Holy Czardom of Thunder Chai and her Czar, Czar Nicholas VII would like to formally announce to the world that the Global Coalition of Nations is reborn. Czar Nicholas would like to remind the world of GCON's over-reaching goals.

Czar Nicholas VII: We are a region united against a common enemy. The United Nations. We are not currently engaged in actively trying to take down this body however we do staunchly believe in staying Independent of their influence. If you remember us or are interested in joining us now come to our region. Come help rebuild GCON and restore her to the glory of the past!

OOC: I am one of the founding members of the original GCON and if you are interested at all in us, come join us. We are active rpers and are currently opperating with sword tech.

Presbyter Daniel Rigby, Moderator of the Senate: While the Senate of the Theocracy of Edwardis appreciates and encourages the anti-United Nations stance of the Holy Czardom of Thunder Chai, we fear that the exclusive nature of joining a region may in the long run be as limiting to our national sovereignty as joining the United Nations. We thank his imperial highness, the Czar, for the invitation, but the Senate has decided to maintain its traditional stance and remain independent from all permanent alliances.

Czar Nicholas thanks you for your response and respects your decision. You have brought up a very valid point the Czar forgot to address. GCON does not force anything onto any soverign nation wishing to join it's lands. All we desire is fellowship with other Anti-UN groups or nations. Thank you for your sentiments and the Czar hopes that this will foster nothing but a healthy working enviroment.

Presbyter Daniel Rigby, Moderator of the Senate: Having just left our isolationist position, we have adopted a policy to slowly introduce our government into the realm of international politics. We also hope and pray that our nation and the Holy Czardom of Thunder Chai and her Czar, Czar Nicholas VII, will become closely working partners as our relations continue.

This is definitely acceptable to the Czar and he thanks you for continued cooperation.
