"...and the beaver was not seriously injured, but it did suffer some minor toenail chipping. In international news today, the Imperial Democracy has negotiated with the Mercantilist Absolutism of Chellis for the release of some 70,000 political prisoners. In this communist hellhole, these people,"

The television showed various clips from horrible prison scenes, not necessarily those in Chellis, of people being beaten and raped by prison guards. Cut to pictures of cells with faeces, dead people, rats, and bugs. More pictures of dead people.

"were tortured, raped, and killed en masse. The Imperial Government, in an act of mercy, has negotiated for the deporation of some seventy thousand Chellians who merely disagreed with their government to our glorious nation. They will be arriving on Venture Island in two weeks time, to be processed and given citizenship. This, my friends, is what a nation should be doing - saving innocents from Communist brutality. We'll be right back, after this commercial break."

"I'm CRAAAAAAAAAAAZY TED! AND I WANT YOU TO BUY MY WK9 MACHINE PISTOL! AND IF YOU DON'T I'LL--"

Sadly, Crazy Ted was muted by the citizen watching the television.

They had been given 24 hours to gather their personal effects, sleep, and be ready for deportation. There was no real rush, but the prisoners were excited with the prospect of leaving their prisons, so they used their energy to workout, play some football, etc.

But now, it was time to leave. The prisoners were to be transported to the port town of Namrode, where the Whyaticans would be picking them up. Before they were to board the trains, the second lieutenant in charge of the facility wanted to say a few words. Mostly telling them how lucky they were, and how they didn't deserve chellis anyways. Finally, he told them to be happy and enjoy their new country. Not out of kindness, but only so the hidden camera's could film them being so happy. The sound would be muted, dubbed over, and used for propoganda.

It worked out well for Chellis, either way. Good PR and no more throwing away money on these people. Now to get rid of the other million prisoners of the communist state.
