Office of General Kalashnikova 12:00GMT
Kiev, Ukraine

General Kalashnikova sat silently in his chair thinking slowly as he gazed at the map before him. The newly founded Republican Federation was desperately devising plans to make friendly ties with their neighbors. Major Jihnov Illivo, the Deputy of State, was in charge of formulating any statements to other nations. Currently, Major Illivo was standing in the corner of the room, standing silently in his dark blue uniform, waiting for General Kalashinkova to decide on a plan of action.

General Kalashnikova began to speak
"Russia is to the north. They are our most expansive neighbor. I want you to setup a meeting with one of their people. Get to it."

As soon as General Kalshi, as he was referred to informally, had finished speaking, Major Illivo snapped to attention, saluted and exited the room. He walked out the building and got into the back of his GAZ-230810 SUV.

"To the Office" he said quietly to his driver.

Major Jihnov Illivo of the Republican Federation,

I accept your nation's offer to have a dinner meeting in Kiev with Marshal Yur and you yourself. Establishing positive relations with neighbors is always one of our highest priorities. I will arrive in Kiev from Moscow via a Tupolev Tu-114.

Marshal Yur would attend the meeting with Senator Srecko, but would have to inform the Senator that Major Illivo would not be able to attend due to a meeting with the United Caucasian Republics.

The armored black limo pulled into the military installation, and proceeded to the drop off area. The Senator from Great Romeo was expected to arrive at any time. And the Republican Federation had done all they could to make sure his arrival would be welcomed and secure.

The Tupolev Tu-114 was on final approach to runway 8 at Kiev-Zhulyany Airport, flying, with full flaps sand landing gear down, as slow as possible. With 5,819 feet of runway length, it was a tough airport to fly a Tu-114 into.

Milan Srecko relaxed as the aircraft touched-down softly, applied brakes and reverse power, and turned onto the taxiway. He would praise the pilots later, but now it was time for business.

He checked himself in a mirror before walking to the door of the cabin, wondering if the Ukrainians had steps high enough to reach the three-meter above the ground door due to the unusually large propellers.

Marshal Yur watched silently as the huge plane landed at the airport. All necessary measures had been taken to make sure this was a good first visit. The steps quickly came to the plane as the door opened.

Marshal Yur stepped out of the limousine with a entourage of ten bodyguards right behind him.

He confidently walked towards the plane.

Milan Srecko, with his formidable bodyguards Alexander Ivankov and Vyacheslav Solonik at his side, stepped out of the aircraft onto the steps. Srecko confidently strolled down the steps and walked over to greet Marshal Yur.

General Armii Yur quickly walked up to the man, and shook his hand.

"It's great to see you here, I must say we are running behind though."

After Srecko replied, Yur quickly led him to the limousine as it sped off for Pilovty Hotel in Kiev.
