Official Communique of the Government of the Republic of Argentinio to the Citizens of the Republic of Argentinio

The purpose of this communique is to eastablish the laws, principles and values of the Process of National Reorganisation.

The Process of National Reorganisation is the path of salvation that will unite our factional and divided nation, to destroy all elements, groups and individuals who are guilty of anti-state activities, terrorism and subversion. Unity though faith in God Almighty and the Holy Bible and a deep love of the nation through a zelous and deep patroitism will overcome the evils of Communism and Marxism, class politics, subversion and terrorism.

Decree No. 1: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, the House of Congress shall be dissolved.

Decree No. 2: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all political parties regardless of their orientation, are illegal.

Decree No. 3: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all political organisations, political pressure groups, lobbyist groups and NGOs are illegal.

Decree No. 4: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all civil and judicial courts are to be dissolved and replaced with military courts, under the jurisdiction of the Military Police and all legal appeals are to be dealt with via the National Military Council.

Decree No. 5: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all trade unions and labour based assocations and organisations are illegal.

Decree No. 6: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all strikes and other forms of industrial action which are regressive for national stability, state security and only advance the evil cause of the Marxist and Communist world conspiracy are illegal.

Decree No. 7: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all public and private gatherings of more than five people are illegal, unless granted permission by the military courts and approved by the National Military Council.

Decree No. 8: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, freedom of speech, freedom of association and freedom of thought are illegal.

Decree No. 9: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, All newspapers, magazines, e-zines, internet websites, radio stations and television stations must submit all articles and information to the Ministry of Information so as to prevent illegal ideologies, illegal viewpoints and subversive elements from misinforming the citizens of the Republic and causing division and disunity within the nation.

Decree No. 10: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, homosexuality, bisexuality and all sexual activites outside the boundries of a Christian marriage between a man and woman are illegal.

By compulsion of the Laws of the Republic, all homosexuals and bisexuals shall be asked to go to their local Holy Church for Holy Bible based sessions to cure their sexual perversion and become saved beings under the compassion, grace and mercy of God Almighty.

Those individuals who are guilty of sexual perversion who do not attend their self help groups that are offered by the Holy Church shall face an prison sentence and shall be detained until such a time the respective authorities deem those said individuals cured of their evil and sexual perversion.

Decree No. 11: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all forms of pornography and other forms of 'art' that is degrading and insults the good moral character and values of the Christian heritage of the Republic, is illegal.

Decree No. 12: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, atheism and other anti-Christian thought patterns are illegal. To insult the Holy Church or the Holy Bible is illegal.

Decree No. 13: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, a curfew has been imposed from 22:00 hours until 06:00 hours. Anyone found breaking the curfew shall be considered a terrorist engaged in illegal activities and shall be shoot on sight by the Police Force or the Argentinion Armed Forces.

Decree No. 14: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, all citizens of the Republic will have to sacrifice their civil liberties and their right to privacy. The Police Force and the Argentinion Armed Forces reserve the right to stop, search, question and arrest any citizen without a warrent or proof of wrongdoing by the citizen in question.

Decree No. 15: For the duration of the Government of the National Military Council and the Process of National Reorganisation, any citizen of the Republic who is in violation of Decrees No. 1-14 shall be detained at a detention facility until the respective authorities deem it fit for their release.

Santa Clara Air Force Base, Southern Argentinio

In the dark hours night, the remote Santa Clara Air Force Base was a hive of activity. Located in the desolate, barren and cold south of the country, in the Patagonia region near the border with Chile, the Santa Clara Base was both remote and hard to get to.

But ever since the military coup three weeks ago that brought the military junta, headed by General Videla, to power and the announcement of the Process of National Reorganisation, the Santa Clara Air Force Base was at the centre of the military junta's war against all forms of left-wing politics and other social and political elements that General Videla considered subversive.

Trucks of the Argentinion Army came by in their hundereds over the course of the night, under the cover of darkness and the cover of the nightime curfew imposed by the military junta. Bringing in thousands of Argentinion citizens who were arrested and had been rounded up on suspicion of being leftists, political activists, trade unionists or homosexuals. The suspects were then offloaded and quickly sent to the fleet of C-130 Hercules transport planes of the Argentinion Air Force. Throughout the the night, the aircraft made sorties, taking over 100 prisoners per plane in each sorties and making the journey to the Atlantic Ocean. Upon reaching the edge of the Maratime border between international borders, the C-130s opened their doors and Argentinion soilders then forced the prisoners out of the plane and threw them out, the prisoners falling some two kilometers to their deaths in the Ocean below.

Naval Medical Research School, Buenos Aires, Argentinio

At the same time as the events in Santa Clara, the elite and prestigious Naval Medical Research School of the Argentinion Navy, a place where the medical staff of the Navy were trained and carried out the Navy's research, was also another nerve centre of Argentinio's mass campaign of human right's violations and mass murder.

Hundereds of pregnant female relatives and friends of suspected political subversives had been rounded up and taken to the Naval Medical Research School.

General Videla had given orders that leftist women who were carrying their unbord children in their wombs must be prevented from raising their children as political subversives. At the Naval Medical Research School, the politically suspect women were given ceasarian operations, the babies taken out of their mother's womb a week or so before the date of their expected birth.

The babies were rushed to incubators and were checked to see if they were in good health. The babies over the coming weeks would be cared for by the staff at the Naval Medical Research School until they were to be adopted by military officers of the Argentinion Armed Forces and raised in new families that General Videla considered to be loyal to the nation.

The mothers, whom only a few minutes after given birth to their babies, were not to ever see their children, but were taken to the basement and executed by a single shot to their heads at close range.

The babies were to never know of their real parents or their fate, but would in future years grow up blissfully unaware of what had happened in the past.
