Ministry of Defence, Tender #0002, Aircraft needed!
The Ministry of Defence has declared a need to build an air component into the Raithal Defence Forces, a naval component is in the works with Crookfur, and five land forces brigades are already in service or entering service.
The Ministry of Defence has determined a need for 36 air superiority fighters, and 12 fast-moving interceptors. Six training craft, 4 air superiority, and 2 interceptor, are also needed. All craft must be relatively low cost, easy to maintain, and easy to operate. Spares and technical support are also needed, as is training, as Raithal does not possess any true air force, and our aerospace industry is limited to cropdusters and small civilian craft.
Additional Information: The design is intended solely for national defence, and offensive operations outside of national borders are not expected in the forseeable future, so long range capabilities are not required.

For your trainer needs we wish to offer you the SuT-5 Cub:

The SuT-5 Cub is a variant of the SuF-5 Lion allowing for less maintaince stress on your logistical arm. Both are low-cost fighters that will meet your air force needs and allow for your nation to gain aerospace experience so you can build up to more advanced fighters and aircrafts.

Message:
Your offer sounds good, due to an urgent need for these aircraft to enter service, we have decided to accept your offer. We would like 36 SuF-5E aircraft (single seaters I presume like the -5D) and six of the SuT-5 trainers. The total cost comes to $1.68 billion USD, but we would also like an ample supply of spare parts, and training assistance for our techs and pilots. Also, we do not have all the funds available at this time, and would like to know if a payment plan in which we pay $1 billion now, and the rest over a 10 year period would be possible?

We are more than happy to accept your offer and payment system. Spares and parts are automatically provided for all our customers for the duration of their aircraft's lifetime and we provide free training for your pilots and technicians in operating the aircraft, so that should be no problem.
Thank you for choosing SUDI and we hope to continue this relationship into the future.
Signed,
CEO/Chairman Sim Nam
