Dracun’s Independent Colony Program
Nations of the world that are small or are lacking sufficient military/political/economic power fear no longer for the Supreme Prophet has authorized a program that will allow many nations access to the Imperium’s vast resources. The Imperium will accept offers from nations to join this program which is nothing more than a fancy name to be put under the Imperium’s umbrella.
The word colony would no doubt cause much fear but, have none. You will not lose your sovereignty and hardly anything will change within your nations. Read on if you’re interested.
How to Know if You Should Join
Do you have an economy in the toilet? Is your military (whether it is naval, army or air force) lacking sufficient power to keep yourself defended? Is your government not firmly established and a threat of political unrest possible if not realized? Or is it that your voice is not heard among the titans fighting for land? Well then this is the perfect opportunity for you. For any of those major problems the Imperium offers a solution for hardly a price at all. Each solution carries different possibilities and requirements but, all end the same: You will come out of this program better than ever.
I. Military Solution
It is well known that a small nation is not capable of fielding a army big enough to defend itself from most aggressors or some nations just don’t feel the need to produce an army of that size. Though we cannot commit an army large enough to turn back all foes we can certainly give you some space.
A. For Naval Problems
If your navy is not up to date the Imperium will at its own expense build a naval base to station a decent amount of ships to act as a deterrent from any power hungry nations. We cannot promise you that you will never engage in warfare with another nation but you can be assured that these brave men and women will fight for your nation as if it is their own. The number of ships and the size of the shipyard depends on your specifications and needs.
Also to act as another mean of deterring other nations your national waters will belong to the Imperium and any nation who is attempting to attack you will have to cross Dracun waters first. You have the Imperium’s word that this privilege will not be abused and will serve only as a buffer zone.
B. For Army Problems
As with the naval base the Imperium will set up at its own expense an army base that will be contain a small air field to transport troops around/out of the country as needed. This solution does not stop there. The Imperium will also send military trainers and advisors to help train your army to be able to not only hold your own but, win a war. However this service is not free and requires that the expenses after the building of the base be assumed by the country [electricity, plumbing, etc]
The army problem also includes tanks, engineers and special operations.
C. For Air Problems
As with the other two, the Imperium will build an airbase of sufficient size however due to the cost of the craft that will be deployed which the Imperium will take care of; the country in question must build the base with its own funds. For taking up a certain percentage of the air craft cost the Imperium will also train your pilots to international standards.
The Imperium also will assume control of your air space until you are ready to take control.
II. Economic Solutions
There is no set solution for economic troubles but, the Imperium will gladly offer economic assistance in various ways. The only requirement for this is that the Imperium sets up an office of Economic Control in your nation’s capital which will function as an embassy does; it is the Imperium’s sovereign territory and will contain security measures to enforce this.
III. Political Solutions
Unlike military solutions both our economic and political solutions have no set solution and therefore and can vary as much as there are situations. Rest assured the Imperium will do what it takes to make sure political unrest is solved as the means require. The Imperium has temporarily diverted 80,000 Peacekeepers with various types of equipment to help with this solution. A permanent force is in the works for this specific work.
How to be kicked from the program
If the Imperium deems you to be growing unsafe for the international community or you are using the Imperium to further your own gains you will be removed from the program and all diplomatic relations will be cut. Hostilities may or may not follow depending on the severity of the crime.
