"Sir, what are our orders?" A soldier asked.

"A wall." Replied his commanding officer, a Lieutentant. "A wall at the border, 20M thick and 10M tall."

"Yes, I know. A wall. But why are we, soldiers, building a wall? Shouldn't that be left to those damn Seseerians?"

"Yes, it should. But we don't want inferiors building our masterpiece. This wall is being built so those we'll-do-anything-for-a-dollar-but-if-you-don't-pay-us-we're-cumeating bastards won't be crowding our streets and demanding a job. Can't they fuckin' get visas?"

"I thought with the Zuko-Cohenian treaty of '63 all Zukariaan citizens and all Jaredcohenian citizens were allowed in Rosbaningrad..."

"You didn't here this from me...but I heard that the new Premier wants to oust all those fuckin' Huns from this entire nation."

"But..." the soldier waited for a thought. "Aren't most Rosbanis pretty much Zukariaans?"

"Not anymore. We're movin' south, grab your shovel."

Men had been digging ditches and building a giant wall, the outside of it would be solid tungsten, some lead, steel, concrete, more tungsten, more concrete, an inner core that was hollow at the time...maybe it'll be filled with some sort of toxic gas. Who knows. "I've been buildin' a giant wall...all the live long day...and if I want to take a bray-ayek...I get beat by a man who needs a lay..."

"Shut the fuck up and build the damn wall!"

"Seems a tad excessive, I mean..." a worker commented. "Tungsten, Lead, Steel, Concrete, Tungsten, concrete...first of all, it'll sink into the ground. Second, they'll be able to take a boat around the wall...thirdly...."

"Just shut up and build the damn wall. I ain't got all day."

It was all a ploy. The names on the Jaredcohenian list were false. The names on the Zukariaan list, however, were the names of actual Zukariaans.

The bulk of the deportation was made up of Seseerians, 65%. Then it was Zukariaans with 25% and Demorans with 10%.
