Good day,

I am Michael, the Grand Utoy of The Dominion of Steweystan. I am currently seeing nations that wish to trade items of value to improve my economy.

I have a rare species of Platypus that live amongst the lush forests of my nation, and am willing to export in exchange for a diverse range of animals for ecological and research purposes. No imported animals will be harmed or killed in the pursuit of these goals.

Also, I am willing to set up training facilities for other nations to send their police forces so as to train them in the methods that have helped to eliminate crime within my borders... especialy youth oriented crimes. Some of the topics that would be covered would be surveillience, apprehension, detainment and interrogation, as well as financial awareness of how to best spend one's Police Budget.

My Government is also willing to lease areas of my country for use by foreign military forces for the purpose of training. All applicants will be screen throughly as we do not wish to advocate the training of international terrorists.

Finally, we are willing to welcome corporations into our borders for the purposes of expanding upon our Gambling Industry in our efforts to make our country a place that offers visitors a variety of tourist attractions.

We wish to know what kind of natural resources you posses?

To, The Scandinavians;

We are a relatively new nation, so we are still looking into what resources are available- however, I can honestly say that many zoos, and research facilities may benefit from importing our platypusses as they are a rare species.

Our greatest resources are of the technical kind to date- Police Force/Military training being one of the most necessary in any Society.

We also have various tracts of undeveloped land that can be used for businesses and small, clean industries, as we do not wish to harm our environment.

In regards to mineral, oil, and precious metals, we have yet to determine the extent of these- as I have already stated, we are a relatively new nation. However, one of the considerations we would have to look at in any proposal is how the offering country intends to extract these resources, the impact that such methods would have on our environment (as well as the impact upon our population), and what methods of renewal the offering country would put in place for resources such as lumber.

We assure that our mining is very eco friendly as we below surface mining in which we always fill in with good soil after we have exhausted the vein. Though we will not care if you pump oil to satisfy your own nation’s demand as long as the operation remains profitable to us.

The International Exchange will continue to search for veins of precious metals in your nation, but we currently have found a large god vein which we will buy for 2.4 billion, a silver vein which we will pay 1.8 billion for, a titanium vein we will pay 1.4 billion for, and a diamond deposit which we will pay 3.5 billion for.

Of course they shall create about 200,000 jobs which shall pay well and have all the full benefits of full range medical, full dental, and paid vacation. The only condition is that is a person shall not receive coverage for is if they willing harm themselves in an attempt to gain retirement benefits early.

We appreciate your consideration in offering to provide training for our Military Forces. We would greatly welcome the chance to conduct training with your forces so as to find ways to improve our own defensive capabilities, and devise means with which we can assist our fellow UN Members on Peacekeeping (or even Peacmaking) Missions throughout the Global Community better. To this end, we would like to further discuss the possibilties of opening up Air Force Stations and Ground Force Bases for your own soldiers to train as well. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow you a Naval Yard, as we are mostly inland with a few small rivers near by... though there may be room for Joint Exercises in Amphibious River Crossing Training, etc.

In regards to being deemed an "Independant Colony of the Imperium", my Government is more than willing to enter into a Mutual Protection Treaty, but do not wish to be classified as an Imperium Colony. Having said this, there is always room down the road to adjust the Mutual Protection Treaty as our partnership evolves. I hope your Government is amenable to this.

We are also more than willing- and look forward to the opening of Embassies in each other's Nations in order to facilitate Diplomatic and Cultural Exchanges.

Technically you have sold your entire nation to the Scandinavians. Our surveyor team was designed to find minerals, but now if we can't help you mine them, there is no purpose in us sending people.

The Scandinavians will mine your nation dry and leave your people nothing. We were afraid of this. This transmission never happened, and General Resources was never involved.
