TO ALL NEWS AGENCIES:

The Empire of Stevid, The Corperate Dictatorship of Redtide2 have began an offensive act against several small southern islands adjacent to the Hanover Islands, (Stevid) another 210 miles from the Republic of Kanami. Nither nations have come out and stated thier justification for invasion of these currently occupied islands, but many poltical anaylists are beliving annexation as a motive. This is speculation however. The Islands of Truce, Hoshino, Corora, Aurora, and Animalpolis have been declared free press zones by any military represenatives, however they are hot zones. Travel at your own discression, otherwise you may report in any jurisdiction. This is free information for all media and press stations around the globe.

Official Statement From Red Tide Goverment
"Any news journalist that is found in the Red Tidean section of the combat zone without authorization from Red Tide will be interned for as long as the conflict lasts and their equipment will be confiscated and not be given back."

RedTide is Showing Brutality in Combat?

"Footage from Truce Island has been given to us, of the actions of RedTide2, and from what it's looking it isn't pleasent. Napalm, shelling, advance arial combat against an indiginous population consititing of mostly civilans, women and children amongst them. While RedTide isn't a member of GDI, it has been told to us, that GDI gave full approval for Stevid and Allies to attack the southern islands near Hanover. Now the big question is, can RedTide really be allowed to brutually attack indiginous populations that have no weapons to counter against. We'll have more details."
