The Kraven Secret Police, 1st Totenkopf Division

The Totenkopf Division, or “Deaths Head” is a specialist unit created from one of the many Sturmpanzer Battalion squad configurations, it was seen, by The Commanders of the Kraven Military Arm that a using specially configured squads within full Sturmpanzer Battalions was sapping Mobile Unit strengths by diverting armed and armoured Capitol Police Troopers into secondary roles, rather than fully fledged fighting troopers.
The Kraven Military Arm decided that to rectify this problem but still maintain the ability to deal with resistance fighters, rebels and thought criminals, however for this Division to be fully understood it must be first explored at its base level, the squad configuration itself (on a Battalion Unit Basis)
10 x Capitol Police Troopers
5 x GPMG’s
5 x Flamethrowers/Assault Cannons (Depending on the operation directives)
The rest of the squad configuration is as a standard Capitol Police squad load out, however, many Extermination squads will be issued with more White phosphorus grenades, rather than frags and flash bangs, the emphasis on here is to purge the area using incendiary weapons, burning the heretic and criminal with the purity of fire.
Extermination squads operated within the Main Sturmpanzer Battalions, but would follow the main invasion force, sweeping through occupied sectors, flushing out rebels and though criminals and executing them in a standard Kraven operation, often vast groups of thought criminals would be rounded up by Extermination squads and executed, before being burned by flame thrower wielding Troopers.
Sometimes, it has been documented by Reichmarshals over seeing the operations, that often entire families would be executed in their own homes, Capitol Police boarding up the doors and windows, trapping people inside and then setting fire to the building using either white phosphorus grenades or flame throwers.
Extermination squads have been used effectively in all Kraven Campaigns, most notably in the Extermination of Jagada, the Invasion of Xirnium and the Invasion of Kahanistan.
The Battle of Jagada saw a greater usage of Extermination squads, and was where the idea of a full Division of this configuration could be a benefit to The Kraven Military Arm, in Xirnium, the Sturmpanzer Battalions swept forwards, storming ahead and forging a vast swath of destruction across Xirnium, following in their Wake, the Extermination squads followed, rounding up survivors and executing them with bullet and flame, before burying their bodies in hastily dug mass graves…
Similar events happened during the Invasion of Kahanistan, but was decided that their deployment would be controlled and monitored, already word had gotten out around the international community about these Extermination squads operating like rabid dogs behind the main advance forces…
The Kraven Military Arm denied all knowledge of these Death Squads and played them down as International Propaganda set on under mining the Kraven Bloc…
However, excavations within Xirnium revealed the mass graves and The Kraven Military Arm was forced to openly admit that these squads had been operating within Kraven jurisdiction and that their actions were crimes against humanity…
And so the Extermination squads became a known configuration and a feared element of the Sturmpanzer Battalions…
The Kraven Military Arm, officially handed over control of the Extermination squads to the Kraven Secret Police, who began a campaign of exterminations across Kraven Territories as well as newly captured settlements, The Kraven Secret Police found this new squad configuration a much more effective force for exterminating enemies of the state, rather than using Kreigsmarines who after a few Executions, often broke down mentally and were shot for cowardice…
Now the Secret Police had a force that would carry out the task unfazed.
It was at around this time, that the Secret Police looked at being able to expand its capabilities of extermination on a mass scale, comparable to those of a Full Sturmpanzer Battalion and so it was decided under the guide of Reichmarshal Helghan that a full Division would be formed with the sole purpose of performing exterminations across Kraven territory and within areas newly acquired…
And so, The 1st Totenkopf Division was created, numbering 10,000 Capitol Police, the Force was broken down into 20 mobile divisons of five hundred Capitol Police each, would act independently of Sturmpanzer Battalions and form their own fighting force, deployed with the intentions of performing mass exterminations…
