Report# 11/2G35.9

Nearly an exact ten years ago, tragedy struck the nation of Goel. A bombardment of fourteen Kolan thermonuclear ICBMs and a flight of LS-261a's struck the captial city of Amin violating the Ross-Capp Pact of 8084 and killing the entire population of 128 million citizens. The initial blow sparked the beginning of the end for the large, devout nation. The following day a second bombardment of five ICBM's struck the industrial city of Matang, crippling the nation's economy. Fearing a strike against the Taevrian homeland, Taevrian representatives then enforced an embargo on all supplies to Kolan, cutting off one of their many supply sources. Starved of supplies, the Kolan Military Advance Force (KMAF) proceeded towards as many countries the force could find. In this following report you will find memory recollections of every possible war participants as our military surveyors could muster from brain nano-implants, including my own recollection.
Oslea

Brig. Gen Scott Rosenthal remembers the dark night when four Kolan jets had wandered their way on Oslean soil. Back then he was a cocky jet fighter pilot of the one of the nation's old F-18 Hornets (Today, they are replaced by F/A 35 Talons). He remembers vividly when his commanding officer ordered him to strap himself in a Hornet and take off to intercept them.

"This is Captain Rosenthal armed and ready. I'm in the air, what are your orders?"

His wingman said the same.

"Alright, we've got two bogeys on radar, they're not responding to our radio transmissions telling them report their purpose and leave or be shot down. They're not heading toward any of our major targets, that's for sure. We're not in bad political waters with anyone either, and no terrorist organization can have four jets like that..."

"So..maybe they're heading somewhere else?"

"Could be. It doesn't really matter, just shoot them down dangit!"

Following air force protocol, Cpt. Rosenthal transmitted one last message to the jets. Since they had not fired upon Oslean property they were not permitted to open fire until they responded, or did not respond within 1 minute.

"This is Cpt. Rosenthal of Oslea's AIRCOM. Identify yourselves or you will be shot down."

"We're Kolan. We're just flying back to our airbase. Please let us go unharmed, we've done nothing wrong."

"You think we're stupid? We've heard about you Kolans, you're going all around the world looting weak nations of their resources. Chances are you're heading towards one right now. You've made a mistake heading into Oslean airspace.

Cpt. Rosenthal authorized his wingman to fire on the jets.

Beep...beep...beep...beeeeeeeeep...

His missiles had locked on. Rosenthal and his wingman fired all of their missiles toward the Kolan jets.

"Hey...What? EJECT! EJEC-" *static*

The Kolan jets were shot down. Cpt. Rosenthal could see the firestorm from his cockpit, 3 km away. He and his wingman flew back to base.

"They're not gonna attack Oslea are they?... This wasn't exactly an attack, but now that we shot down their jets..."

"I don't think so. It doesn't make sense. We're too strong, we'd wipe out all their forces and they'd barely scratch our borders. They're being picky with their targets, they're not just choosing who's within their range. They won't even dare trying to shoot us with missiles, we'd just bomb them back with our nukes."

"Oh...ok. Well I guess I can sleep tonight then."

Cpt. Rosenthal touched down and after taking off his flight suit, he went straight to his cot and buried his face in his pillow, and dozed off to sleep.
