"Okay settle down settle down!" Cried the Pastor to the many teenagers in the room.

"Okay, I am pleased to say we'll be leaving tomorrow firsthing by sea."

"Oh dear I get sea sick." A girl cried out.

"Now let's remeber our mission and our purpose. Behave your selves, and be careful stay with your groups at all times. Go home get some rest."

Cousins Molly and her cousin Hannah were lying together in bed sleepless and excited.

"This is amazing, we get to travel like this." Hannah said

"I know, It will be amazing."

"I wonder what kind of people we'll meet, you think they'll be freindly and open to our messages?"

"Maybe. But we'll do all right. It's the rough seas I'm more worried about."

The next day it was sunny and bright. Everyone stood anxiously in port ready to leave.

The ship moved through stormy seas on its way to a tiny island that could use help. Inside both Molly and Hannah were curled up in a large blanket trying to keep their minds off the storm and on something else. But the constant crashes of thunder made it hard. Many of the children were frightend it didn't matter if you were native Kuronan or modern, any storm at sea was scary.

"How much longer till we reach the island?" Hannah asked

"I think another day, or at least that's what I heard. It could be longer because of the storm."

Sometime later the storm had cleared. Now everyone was doing their duties around the ship. Molly was apart of the deck scrubbing. She leaned against the mop and took a deep breath. Her eye's turned to land ahead. "Hey land!"

Everyone else ran to see. "Oh finally."

The band of travlers were welcomed by the natives. Especially the help, after being ravaged by a hurricane the boys and girls alike were able to rebuild many huts.

Molly was working by her self, some of the boys and girls went off to get other supplies.

"You Molly? Me Layla." A young native girl who looked to be Molly's age.

"Yes. Nice to meet you Layla, how did you know?"

"Freinds told me. We as villagers are giving gifts for outsider's help. It not much but around here it's a show of great grattitude."

Layla gave Molly a necklace of seashells and pearls.

"Thank you." Molly said greatfully.

"You spend night in Layla's hut yes?"

"Sure. If you don't mind tonight, I would like to share something with you."

"Okay, Layla likes to hear about things away from island. You tell me tonight yes?"

"Yes." Molly said

Layla looked to the sky. "Storm coming. Layla help you with finishing. This is where I stay."

"Sure."

The two girls worked tiresley on the hut once it was all fixed up both girls went inside. Both had a bath in a small wood tub and relaxed by the fire.

"You wanted to share something with Layla yes?"

"Well I'm wondering where's your ma and pa?"

"Layla have no mother or father. Layla orphan, must survive by her self. Village cheif only help when we are very small. But Layla woman."

"But you can't be older than me. I'm only 14."

"The twelth age. That is when we are called man and woman."

"Wow."

"Now share with me."

"Oh right, well we sail the seas to not only help thoes in need, but spread the word of God."

"Oh Layla named from Sun Goddess."

"No no. There's only one God, his name is Jesus Christ."

Molly pulled out her Bible and shared several chapters from the old and new testimate, she told how God sacraficed himself for the world, pretty much the words of Christianity.

"Layla understand. Only one God, it makes sense it all makes sense."

"See I told you. Just know God loves you and wants you in Heaven with him."

"Layla will do her best. Please tell more?"

"Well I think I've told you all I can. Here I'll leave you this."

"Oh but Layla can't read to well? Village cheif can, and know others that can!"

"Then you just get someone to help you."

"Will you read me a little?"

"Well, i'll read you the 10 commandments."

And Molly did so. The next day was sunny and bright. The whole Tiny island had heard their words. If they belived it or not, it was up to them.

Layla gave Molly a hug. "Sign of grattitude and freindship on this island. You becareful, I pray for you for you."

Molly hugged her back. And just like that they were gone from the island. Molly shed a few tears, meeting a good freind and losing so quickly.

"Don't look so down Molly, you did good." Hannah said.

"Yeah. I really liked here though. She was a good freind."

"We'll make plenty of others. Providing we survive this trip." Hannah joked

And they went back to their cabin

"Sir, we have torpedoes inbound!"

"You know what to do"

A small torpedo was fired in the direction of the other incoming torpedoes. This device was much faster and smaller than the other torpedoes, propelled by hydrogen peroxide fired through a platinum-catalyst mesh. When it approached the two torpedoes, its own warhead burst in a brief brilliant flash of light. All the systems on board the ships in the nearby region would skip or report light interference for a few seconds, while the torpedos' targeting mechanisms were scrambled, rending them harmless.

Storm clouds loomed over, and thoes that wanted to venture out of the ship after a few weeks of traveling, had to prepare for it. The climate and weather conditions of Siap weren't known well, so many were anticiapting the type of thunder storm they might see in Kurona. Draped in heavy rain coats, they were happy to be on solid ground.

They had to be of course premitted to leave the port first. And the captian would be switching over.

Seven Days Later

Afte a week they set sail again. Under a new captain who wasn't one of the Pastors which made everyone sad to see. It was back to the norm constant cleaning to keep the salt off and the boat in good shape. Molly was incharge of cleaning this week, a great honor for her or she felt. She was a little home sick for her farm back in Kurona and her family too. "Hey don't look so glum."

"Hey Austin. I guess I'm just a little home sick."

"How can you be an effective missionary if you get home sick?"

"Come on, every one get's home sick. Even Missionaries. But it's been nice not so many storms lately."

"How's Hannah is she feeling better?"

"She's all right. But if she doesn't get better we'll have to send her home. I hope not."
