Time for me to stab at a superhero/villain rp. It takes place in Metropolis. It follows after the death of the Man of Steel and the world's reaction to this disaster.

Superman has fallen. A world is left in shock and must learn to live and survive without him. Now, new heroes must rise and stop the tide of crime, hate, and an unimagineable plot to destroy the city and bring America to its' knees. However, new villains have alsom emerged with tremendous powers and will do anything to control the city and the innocent people. With Superman gone can these new heroes possibly stave off disaster? Or, will Metropolis plunge into darkness?

Name: Johnny Hayward
Nationality: British
Age: 20
Height: 5'11''
Weight: 185lbs
Hair: Dark, short spikes
Eyes: Hazel
Alter-Ego: Shocker
Powers: Able to conduct electricity and emite it through his hands and guitar.
Weakness: Water
History: Johnny was always on the wrong side of the law even from an early age. He spent a few years in juvenile detention for assault. He got out when he turned 18 and went right back to a life of crime. He'd always dreamed of being in a punk band. One day he discovered a mysterious guitar which caused him to be struck by lightning during a storm. His hair turns white whenever he uses his powers. The guitar is indestructable. With this new found power he struggles to realize what he has become and slowly gives in to its' temptations.

He wears a leather jacket with a lightning bolt on the back.

Ill be the resident Top Secret Evil Organisation(tm). Please note, some of the things about my organisation are lifted directly from my nation on Nationstates.

Powers: Powerful Telekinesis and phsycic abilities. Also a brilliant strategist and tactician.
Weakness: Despite his abilities, he is not infallible and can be killed as easily as any human, the trick is finding and getting to him.
History: First revealed to the National Security Agency via an anonymous letter in 2002, it is disputed whether the man and the organisation that he leads, the Heart of Armaggeddon, even exists.

Name: Fascist Girl
Nationality: unknown, speaks with a heavy German accent
Height: 2 metres exactly
Hair: Brown, shoulder-length
Outfit: Black leather with a swastika armband on her left arm
Abilities: Exceptional agility and balance, good shot with many firearms and shruiken
Preferred weapons: Shruiken, pistols and SMGs
History: A product of the global neo-Nazi movement, Fascist Girl is here to destroy the weak so only the strong remain

Jack Fiveknives / Skyfire

Jack is originally a sioux, Lakota to be precise, from the Blackhill Reservation. His parents and tribe's eldest knew from his very birth that something spectacular slept within the young man. Everyone saw mysterious dreams in the following night, a massive thunderstorm came out of nowhere and the horses and other animals became very nervous.
In his 10th birthday they finally saw what was it that made Jack so different from others. He opened his mouth, and roared. That roar was not from this earth, but neither were the almost blue flames that came out of the mouth of his, melting a rather large piece of mountainside in front of him.

When he was 15 he left the tribe. There were two reasons - the one he gave to his friends and family, about how he wanted to see the world, and the second, the more pressing one - he had finally understood what he was. A dragon. He didn't know what did it exactly mean, except that he was able to blow flames, see as well in dark as he did in daylight, heal his wounds with a glance, hypnotize people without even noticing it, and... to turn himself into a massive, winged monster. Beautiful, true, but still horrifying. He was unsure if it would eventually start to control his peronality, and decided that he should leave before he would hurt someone he loved.

He wondered around the world for 6 years, mostly in his dragon form - Skyfire was its name (=the name that was used for it. It's true name is secret to anyone but Jack), learning about it. In China he learnt to know there was more of his kind. An ancient Red Dragon taught him things... while they both slept in the Old Red's cave. After two years they woke up, and Jack left. He knew things now. How to become invicible. How to create shadows. How do kill with more than just fire.
Jack went back to US, because he wanted to be in his human form again. There he started to work in the buildings, for he loved high places. The Metropolis was full of them. And all kinds of other interresting things too, for that matter.



Stats of Jack Fiveknives:
185cm, 75kg, not too muscular.
Long black hair, tied with a blue/white/red headband.
Loose green trousers, white T-Shirt.
A bow and a knife.

Stats of Skyfire:
Head's about the size of a full-grown horse.
Shining blue scales, long golden horns in back and head, pointing backwards. Teeths about half-a-metre long. Long claws too. (At nightime he's usually usually black.)

No one knows about it's/his/their plans or intentions.

With a drum roll and a theme tune, QUANGOMAN leaps onto the scene, closely followed by his faithful sidekick, NGO-BOY!

QUANGOMAN! who has absorbed the power of a million quasi-autonomous non-governmental organisations!

NGO-BOY! with the abilities of the top ten biggest non-governmental organisations!

Together they are the... RECOMMENDATION TEAM!

Their reports, recommendations and advice send shivers down the spines of evildoers the world over!

Oh, nothing. It's cool if you play it well. And it's not my job to say what's ok anyways. Just that I want to know how's this RP going to be. Of what style.

Doomsday Superman death?

Name: 'Colonel' Samuel Carter (Carter is no longer officially a Colonel, having been honarably discharged from the US Army)
Nationality: American
Height: Six foot three
Hair: Black. Buzz cut
Outfit: Colonel Carter generally dresses in urban combat gear, sometimes including a helmet which hides his features.
Abilities: Colonel Carter is a expert marksman, martial artist, and tactitian. He also is a specialist with multiple types of explosives.
Weaponry: Carter utilizes a wide variety of weaponry, from sniper rifles to compound bows, from flamethrowers to throwing knives, from C-4 to broadswords. Anything to get the job done.
History: Carter is ex-special forces. He's fought, and killed, for his country in countries from Kasnia to Markovia. Finally, he was honorably discharged with a wound to the leg from an op in Transbelva gone bad. He married, and had two children. (Well, his wife had two children. He just helped conceive them.)

However, his wife and both children were killed by an incidental piece of rubble in a superhero/villain battle. From then on, Carter dedicated his life to 'protecting the common people from the clumsy giants that stride our world'. To date, he has killed twenty-three metahuman criminals, the first several in Gotham City, after which he left, to avoid conflict with Batman.

After leaving Gotham, he traveled the world extensively on the trail of the supervillain who had killed his family. He finally caught up to him in Quebec, and, due to an adventerous TV reporter covering a hostage crisis, ended up executing him on national television. However, his face was at that juncture obscured by That was the twenty-third criminal.

Upon hearing of the death of Superman, he traveled to Metropolis, determined to maintain order in what was sure to become a hotbed of supervillain iniquity.

It should also be noted that though he generally dedicates himself to removing supervillains from circulation, he is not above disabling superheroes if he feels they are putting innocent lives in danger.

History: Moonette gained her powers from her mother who was vanquished while fighting demon spawn from the Nine Hells. Upon hearing of the death of Superman, she traveled to Metropolis to help fill in the gap left in a world without Superman.
