Illiorian Arms would be glad to fill the Aeronautical contracts you have offered for the Advanced Tactical Dogfighter. For your needs, we offer several aircraft.
The first, the cheapest, least sophisticated, and also the most "cost effective" is the ISF-12 "Dart." (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=27)
The next level up is quite a step up, and is a carrier capable aircraft, so salt tolerance is no big deal. The ISF-33 "Caid" Flight II (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=31)
The current ASF of the Illiorian airforce is the ISF-17 (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=37)
Phasing out the ISF-33 B, is the ISF-24 "Daelkyr" (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=42) Stealth Air Superiority Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle, SASUCAV for short.
To fill your intelligence needs, we suggest our NIRTFSSATs (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?showtopic=21). Although these are actually one time use satellites, they pay for themselves when you consider the replacement cost of the High altitude reconnaissance aircraft that most radar systems will have fun tracking and shooting down in combat situations.
If you're looking for Coastal patrol vessels, Check out Bolland Shipyards. (http://z7.invisionfree.com/Illiorian_Arms/index.php?c=4)

To: Ministry of Defense of Kanami
From: Office of the Head of Portland Iron Works Southeast Asia
Subject: Defense contracts
To Whom It May Concern,
The Portland Iron Works (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=457777) has recently relocated itself to Southeast Asia for better profit interest thanks to the fact that its original headquarters in the Incorporated States of Sarzonia has faded away from global affairs, I am delighted to present our products to Your Excellencies.
We wish to offer, what is truly, a "supercarrier". The Portland Iron Works wishes to present Your Excellencies with the Valiant-class fleet aircraft carrier (http://z14.invisionfree.com/PIW/index.php?showtopic=9&view=findpost&p=3897782). The Valiant-class is an older design of the Portland Iron Works and in service within the Incorporated Sarzonian Navy (ISN).
Alternately, if you wish for a different alternative for a so-called "supercarrier", I also offer Your Excellencies the Benatar-class trimaran heavy fleet aircraft carrier (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=476020). This is a newer and much larger design compared to that of the Valiant-class, and the Benatar-class is the Portland Iron Works' domestic counterpart and product competitor of the Union-class trimaran heavy fleet aircraft carrier of the Royal Shipyards of Isselmere-Nieland (both the Union-class and the Benatar-class are in service within the Incorporated Sarzonian Navy, though it is expected that the Union-class shall either be phased out by our own design or the Benatar-class shall become the more numerous of the two warship classes).
Please take your pick, as we gladly await Your Excellencies' response.
Yours Truly,
Office of the Head of Portland Iron Works Southeast Asia

To: The Kanamian* Ministry of Defense
From Karen Jenkins, Head of Sales, Crookfur Arms
My dear Sirs,
It is with pleasure that i present to you our range of world beating infantry equipment.
First off Allow me to present the SX23A1 Assault rifle, possibly THE best assault rfile in the world.
SX23A1 Caseless Assault rifle
http://www.meatballs.terminator.org.uk/crookfur/images/SX23A1basic.jpg
Round: 6.6x48mm Caseless
Rate of fire: 800rpm
Barrel length: 550mm
Rifle twist: 1/5.5inchs
Overall length: 1190mm (stock extended)/ 940mm(stock folded)
Weight (gun empty): 3.8kg
Magazine capacity: 30rounds
Fire modes: Safe/Semi/Full Auto
Mechanism description:
Uses a falling breach block mechanism, similar to that of the Steyr ACR and G11 PDW. From an empty, uncocked gun the magazine is inserted and the charging handle worked. This lowers the breach block and pushes a round backwards from the magazine, when the round has been fed the breach block is moved upwards into the firing position in line with the barrel and the hammer cocked, the gun is now ready for firing. On pulling the trigger the hammer is released firing the round and a portion of the propellant gas drives a gas blow back mechanism to lower the breach block, load it, raise it and recock the hammer. A portion of the propellant gas is also used to drive forward a weighted piston under the barrel, the movement of this piston is synchronised with the main mechanism and is designed to counteract the recoil forces generated by the rearward movement of the mechanism. A further device is installed so that when a magazine runs dry the weapon mechanism pauses with the breach block in the down position and the feeding leaver ready to load another round, on insertion of a fresh magazine the loading action is completed. This “hold open” system can be disengaged by working the charging handle to uncock the weapon In the event of a misfire or dud the unfired round is pushed out of the rear of the chamber and ejected from the bottom of the weapon by a manual cocking of the weapon.
Rifle Construction:
Most of the body is manufactured from high grade polymer with most components of the mechanism being milled from steel or high grade titanium alloys, the barrel consists of a lightweight titanium overwrap with a Molybdenum-Rhenium (Mo-Re) liner for increased service life and general wear resistance.
Gun Features:
The SX23A1 features a highly effective muzzle brake which acts to reduce felt recoil by as much as 35%, this combined with the “balanced” action system and the already acceptable recoil forces of the ammunition make the rifle very comfortable to shoot. In terms of modularity the SX23A1 features the latest version of Crookfur's advanced Rail Interface System (RIS). Known as Smart-RIS (SRIS), not only does it allow power to be supplied any compatible device from a large high capacity battery in the pistol grip but it allows attached “smart” devices such as as aiming systems and programmable grenade launchers to interface with one another without the need for additional wiring.
Finally standard equipment for the SX23A1 includes a bayonet mounting point, 4x Combat sight with iron sight backup, and a threaded barrel can be revealed by removing the muzzle brake allowing the use of suppressors and silencers.
Ammunition:
The SX23A1 uses the new advanced 6.6x48mm CFC caseless round. Standard loading is a 130grain boat tailed FMJ round that offers exceptional performance out to more than 780m (round is super sonic to about 1000m) Alternative loadings include a reduced recoil 113grain round or an extended range Penetration Performance Improved (PPI) 150grain round.
In all its loadings 6.6x48mm CFC outperforms 7.62x51mm ammunition in terms of penetration and effective range whilst still retaining more than acceptable recoil levels.
Price: $1150
Options:
Full fixed stock in place of folding stock : $100
M371 Digital sight: $1750
AM5A3 20mm Multi role tactical launcher: $650
AM3A5 40mm grenade launcher. $550
We also offer a range suplemental caselss weapons including machine guns and sniper rifles (a rather bad case of oops i have pretty picutres but no stats and write ups i am afraid).
For infantry anti tank work we can offer 2 solutions the dedicated M14 AMAT ATGM and the multi role M15 ALAW:
M14 AMAT
Weight (missile in launch canister): 15.2kg
Length: 1250mm
width: 140mm
Range: 200-3000m
Warhead: Triple stage Shaped charge
Guidance: Combined IIR and CCD
Launch unit weight: 9.4kg (inc thermal sight)
The M14 AMAT (Advanced Missile Anti Tank) is an evolved version of the long serving M5 MAT man portable ATGM. The M14 makes major changes over the M5, with improvements made in terms of guidance, warhead and rocket motor. The new guidance package is a lighter version of that found in the M12 Heavy ATGM and features a dual Imaging Infra Red (IIR) and Charge Coupled Device (CCD) sensor to offer optimum performance under all battle field conditions. As with the guidance package the new warhead is developed from that found on the M12, while the retaining the triple stage warhead design, penetration is significantly reduced due to the much smaller and lighter warhead, the resultant performance has been rated at about 1100mm. The rocket motor retains the low velocity launch operation of the M5 but offers a slightly improved acceleration rate and terminal velocity, reducing the time taken for the missile to reach the target. In normal operation the missile is designed to follow a lofted trajectory to the target to enable the engagement of the target’s generally weaker roof armour but if required the missile can be used in a direct attack profile either with or without a terminal “pop up” manoeuvre, selection of the attack profile is achieved by rotating the sighting unit in respect to the missile tube.
Variants:
M14A1: basic variant with dual band imaging guidance
M14A2: replaces imaging guidance with a semi active laser guidance system
M12A3: similar to A1 model but adds a jam resistant wireless command system allowing lock on after launch engagement
A2 and A3 models require the LU31B improved launch unit with a weight of 19kg
M15 ALAW
Weight: complete assembly (inc. sight unit, missile and missile tube): 12.9kg
Length: 1175mm
width: 140mm
Range: 20-650m
Warhead: Depends on rocket
Guidance: Inertial/Predicted Line of Sight (PLOS)
Weight of sight/fire unit: 2.6kg
The M15 ALAW (Advanced Light Assault Weapon) is a multi role infantry rocket system that comprises an LU17C sighting/fire unit and range of pre-packed 140mm rocket munitions. Each rocket while offering different warheads uses the same propulsion, guidance and steering systems and is supplied in its own launch canister that quickly and easily slots into the Launch Unit. The Launch Unit (LU) consists of an optical sight with optional Thermal/night vision upgrades. When a missile canister is attached the LU automatically detects what type of rocket is contained and automatically presents the default engagement profile although the operator can select an alternative profile if one or more is available. Most rockets use the Predicted Line of Sight (PLOS) guidance mechanism whereby the operator holds the target in the targeting reticule for 3seconds after which the rocket will follow a flight path to hit the target regardless of range and is capable of successfully engaging targets with a crossing speed of up to 100km/h. As Infantry are often called upon to fight in enclosed spaces the M15 rockets all have a liquid based back blast reduction system combined with an initial soft launch motor. Initial launch velocity is approximately 30m/s and terminal velocity is in the high subsonic region. As mentioned the M15 ALAW has a number of different rockets available these are:
MK61 AT
Warhead: triple stage HEAT with approx 1000m RHAe penetration
Engagement profiles: direct and semi lofted
MK62 ATDP
Warhead: twin charge EFP top attack
Engagement profiles: over flight top attack and direct impact fuzing
MK63 HEF
Warhead: HE blast fragmentation
Engagement profiles: direct impact, delayed fuse or over flight airburst
MK64 FTG
Warhead: Follow through grenade capable of producing fragments behind up to 9ft of concrete
Engagement profile: Direct impact or delayed fuse
MK65 TEM
Warhead: Thermo baric explosive
Engagement profile: Direct fire delayed fuse or over flight airburst.
Finally for your tank requirement we can offer a rnage of optiosn ranging from the light weight T2C3 Koshi 3 at 36tons through the T12A1 Agamemnon heavy battle tank at 105tons. Our inital offer offer in this case though is the T14A1 Hector MBT:

OOC: As I know what SEA will ask, and as I need to ask the same thing... Which Unit do you want? and 3000 supercarriers is a HUGE amount, and a HUGE expense... I don't even have close to that, and I have a HUGE navy.
It's a split bulk between my self and others. Both classes are needed as we begin a slow overhaul. It's a project that is expected to run the course of 10 years.

A message to arms contracters throughout the world
With the ongoing state of high tensions between Kanami and a group of allies (Independent Hitmen, Stevid and RedTide2 to name but a few) we feel that it is unwise of arms manufacturers to be seen to be supplying this clearly dangerous regime with weapons that it can use against us.
Therefore we ask that all bids be withdrawn, or at least scaled down, so that the United States and her allies do not have to hold any weapons suppliers accountable for any casualties that may ensue if Kanami attacks our forces. We will of course make sure you are properly compensated for the lost business if you choose to heed our warning, and we are sure that we can come to some sort of arrangement with you to ensure no financial loss is endured by your companies.
If any such company wishes to continue with sales that is entirely our business, however we will be monitoring the situation closely.
Those who wish to take up an offer can contact us and we will discuss compensation for your time and effort.
Thank you.

OOC: Well as of yet i don't actually have a order merely an "selected supplier" notification...
So the main question to Kanami is this: what actually do you want? are you after a set of tailored divsional packages?
As for any possible embargo/beligerant status, currently any large order from Crookfur Arms would involve at least a 6month lead time before the comencment of deliveries (appart from small arms) and then there would be time taken to train on our equipment, yes most of it is easy to use but it would still take time to adapt serving units to new equippment.
Independent Hitmen and their allies are currently on the offensive, attacking innocent civilians that can not combat them, and they know it. They have equipment years ahead of us, and a century ahead of these indginous people. They must be stopped right away, and we need all the equipment. If any of the suppliers support I.H. and her allies, the contract will immediatley be terminated, and you will face sanctions. Deliver what you can spear in a quick amount of time.

Kanami,
Do not be wary, for you have a very powerful ally in these dark days of need! Like you, we find ourselves at war with the likes of Independent Hitmen and Stevid, and we have no troubles supplying a fellow ally de jure. Not only will we supply you, but we will provide the necessary fleets in order to guarantee that the war material is received. We are willing to provide you the Nakíl main battle tank early (the tank is released for domestic use in November 2016, by calendar; I'm willing to export it to you December 2016, which about three months before it's exported to anybody else). You can see the Nakíl's information here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=478771); the Nakíl is already considered the best tank in the world! Surely, the sheer amounts of projected exports proves it! We are brothers in arms, and together we will defeat Stevid and the Hitmen imperialists!
