We invite all nations of Elysia to send a delegation to our city of Dahleez, not far from our national capital. Here, I hope that we will be able to come up with a proposal to develop the first Elysian Security Council to help futher the cause of dialogue in our region. We hope that all nations send a delegate and participate in this Council.

First and foremost I would like to extend my sincerest apologies on behalf of the Muhasafraqi government for any gesture the Ossyrians may have misinterpreted as insulting or dismissive. It is not that the Muhasafraqi administration does not care; quite the contrary, we are intensely interested in the notion of an Elysian security council. However, we fear that there has been such an abundance of domestic issues to address as of late that this particular matter has gone over-looked and unnoticed. As the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and a preacher of President Hafurh's administrative policies, I simply cannot allow for this oppurtunity to go unseen a second time and hereby commit to be present at the meeting whether the rest of the continent decides to show up or not. Make no mistake about it; an Elysian security council has become our government's top priority as of today. The Muhasafraqi delegation will consist of President Nabu Hafurh, myself, Defense Minister Dagur Fong, Homeland Security Minister Usar Potahki, and Chief of Staff Peter Gumah, along with an outfit of Muhasafraqi soldiers to protect the president and his colleagues. We will provide our own transportation and security of course, unless the Ossyrians would prefer otherwise. We hope these meetings will be beneficial to both our respective countries and the entire continent.

We thank our southern neighbors for their positive reaction to this movement. In time, we hope this body will develop significant sway over Elysian affairs. We must await others to respond before we continue, though. Your request for an outfit of Muhasafraqi soldiers is approved, but we must that you keep them to a minimum. We will not set any numbers, but we hope that it stays reasonable. Thank you and prosperity for your nation.
