Yes, I know that, which is while I'll back out of the treaty, and Maraque, the island isn't even worth that much.
If there were a billion barrels of oil and you sold them for $37 USD you realize that that is only $37 billion and if there were 25 billion metric tonnes of uranium and you sold it for $1,000 per metric tonne that would be $25 trillion, you'd lose like 10 trillion dollars.
Maraque, you just ruined your economy. :P
