Violence Shootout in Watoniz Capital

Watoniz
18-11-2006, 03:43
Jersay Armarez was a young man as he walked into the police station in a poor district of the capital city of Watoniz, Hatuni, and he walked to the main desk where an elderly man sat. He was a desk sergent and he looked at the young man Jersay Amarez and the young man with a black trenchcoat and five-day stubble and he reached into his coat.

Pulling out his pistol, the young man pulled the trigger, the yellow bullet speeding out of the chamber of the pistol and striking the Staff Sergent in the chest. The elderly policeofficer clutched his chest as blood began to trickle from his serious wound and he collapsed behind his table. Several other police men pulled their hand guns, their glocks and Jersay Amarez fired two shots at a young constable who collapsed with a leg wound as four other young men came into the building and opened fire on the police officers with several Ak-47's and a shotgun.

The police returned fire as several policemen collapsed. One of the armed men took two bullets to the chest and collapsed with blood streaming from his body and another took a shot of his throat and collapsed clutching his throat. The three standing armed men retreated out the front door of the police station, the doors having been smashed by the flying bullets, and Jersay turned and shot a young woman, no more than 23 who was hiding clinging to the wall protecting her young child, right in the head, and she collapsed motionless in a pool of blood and the kid screamed as the three armed men pulled away in a beat up Chevrolet. Ambulances and police cars from near by police stations arrived quickly at the scene:

The ambulances pulled a sheet over the dead woman and went inside to save some badly wounded police officers. As they continued to work, reporters began to arrive.

Watoniz News:

This is Julie Sanchez, reporter for Watoniz News. Todat in Hatuni a police station was attacked by armed gunmen. The violence resulted in the deaths of a 23 year old civilian, Maria Gutierez a mother of three young children, a police officer, Joseph Martinez a 57 year old Staff Sergent who was shot several times in the chest and one of the gunmen, 20 year old Mi Nuniez. Besides the three people killed, six police officers and 2 civilians were wounded in the shootout and one of the gunmen were arested.

Augustine Dexat followed the three older people down the alleyway. In his hands was the package, about 10 lbs of drugs. The young 16 year old black boy, one of the small minority in the Hutani capital walked behind the two white boys and one black boy. He was a junior member in this gang who was responsible in the trading of ecstcy and heroin. Augustine made nearly 500 dollars a week with this gang and made nearly 2,000 dollars and possibly up to 4,000 dollars a month which was alot more then what one black boy would make at a small job in the ghetto.

Since many parts of the city was poor, and the government did not do anything to end this poverty, the only two options young people had was join the army/police, or they would join gangs.

"So your buddy was caught by the pigs in the last operation. Now he is he biggest threat to our operation and you are the secondest biggest threat to this ring."

One of the young white man's pulled out a pistol and shot the young sixteen year old man in the head several times. They then took the drugs and disappeared into the darkness.

Watoniz News:

A young man was shot and killed today in ongoing violence in the ghettos of our capital. This marks the fourth death today in bloody violence blamed on gangs and police. The capitalistic government of Watoniz is moving to an emergency meeting to discuss what to be done about this issue and how to deal with the crime.

Foreign Ministry of Canadtu:

The foreign ministry of the nation of Canadtu is shocked and appalled at the violence that is gripping the streets of the capital of the country of Watonzi. However, we do not feel like the other nation, Snix is Truth, that the poor people of that fine city should be just thrown away and disappear, to god knows, what fate and have this cycle repeat itself.

Therefore the U.N member state Canadtu asks the government if it can assist with programs, social programs that will show the poor especially the poor of the Capital a better way then gangs and violence. Through this step, along with the deployment of a small U.N force of soldiers and police officers to patrol with and assist government troops in dealing with the violence, but maintaining personal freedoms.

Therefore we ask that the government of Watonzi accept

100 million dollars of financial aid from the government of Canadtu that will be earmarked to assisting the poor with social programs in the capital.

Along with the establishment of a U.N soldier/Police unit of 100 soldiers and 150 police officers who will be under Watonzi direct command until they woul like that mission cancelled.

Foreign Ministry of Canadtu:

The statements of the nation of Snix of Truth is shockingly sad and holds human rights especially of the poor people of some nations in such low esteem that it borders on immoral thoughts of making poor people work in slavery or be killed. The nation of Canadtu urges that the nation of Watonzi does not follow the lead of this international pariah and allow a U.N peacekeeping mission within your borders to assist with concreate plans to assist the citzenry of the Watonzi nation.

To Snix of Truth:

The government of Watoniz would request that one squad of your elite team arrives in the capital of Hutani. It would be under the strictest of orders to escort, repeat offenders who are arrested three or more times or have committed murder out of the Hutani area and into the work camps that would set up in your nation.

To Canadtu:

We thank you for your offer of support as well and believe that the humanitarian assistance and U.N 'mission' we believe support would be necessary in calming down the streets of Hutani and provide a reasonable presence and a level of action that will ensure that poverty and these matter do not hit this level again.

Several police cars road up to a residence that was completely borded up and took up positions around the building. Several armed men were holding six hostages in the building and as a SWAT team arrived, gunfire erupted from the building and snipers took shots before the police went in with flashbang grenades to break up what was occuring in the building. A quick violent outburst of gunshots could be heard down the block waking up neighbors, mostly black or Asian, as several men were dragged from the building in handcuffs. Some were bloddy, and one of the young men took a baton to the head. As he was stuffed into a squad car.

Ambulances arrived and several of the civilians were escorted to the waiting ambulance before the bodies came out.

One of the civilians had been killed while 2 gunmen had been killed, an additional one had been wounded along with 5 police officers.

Watoniz News:

Reporting at what was an early morning barrage of gunfire that left three people dead, including two of the gunmen and one person who was held hostage by these armed men for nearly five hours before the police moved into the location. The hostages had been taken from a local public bus and had been marched here. The five surviving hostages are two women, two children and the bus driver himself. This brings to a two-day total of seven people dead in gang violence.

In other news, it is apparent that two foreign nations, including that is right a U.N member state are going to bring in troops and police to help calm the situation in the capital tonight. Hopefully, they can do better then what the police have been doing.

Near a small police station in one of the main ghettos of the city of Hatuni, several black men stood near a run down building across the way. They had their jackets covering their heads and they were talking softly to themselves. The police inside numbered at the very most 10, and they were lightly armed with most of their heavier weapons in lock up.

The young men walked across the road in front of a speeding vehicle that swerved and honked its horn loudly at them as the four men walked quickly up the steps.

Opening the front door of the police station, the four men pulled out pistols and opened fire on several police officers in the front area. Several bullets got lodged into the wall behind the main police lobby area and two of the police officers fell with wounds to their legs or arms. A third police officer returned fire with his service revolver and had to retreat as the four men began to reload.

They then followed that police officer down the hallway and engaged in several other police officers who had been drawn the the shots. Shots were exchanged between the two sides, with one of the suspects falling face first to the ground after a bullet ripped into his shoulder and another in his stomach. One police officer lay dead on the floor that was filled with bullet casings with a bullet in his head.

Police cars from surrounding stations began to arrive and two of the suspects turned around to the front of the building and engaged with those police officers in an exchange of bullets. Both suspects were soon badly wounded and collapsed to the ground as the final suspect ran into a stoarge room.

There his gun jammed and he tossed it too the ground. He raised his hands in surrender as two tough white cops knocked down the door to the building and they fired point blank at the young man, shooting him at least ten times in the stomach, chest and head. Collapsing dead on the ground, other police officers moved to arrest his wounded colleges.

Watoniz News:

This is Judy Sgro reporting tonight on a vicious battle at a local police station. From what we have heard, 1 police officer was killed and 6 injuried while 3 suspects were arrested. Alarmingly we are reporting that a fourth suspect was cornered and shot by two police officers execution style. This is from police officers at the scene and it has not been cofirmed by the police department of the government of Watoniz.

Two other gunmen that attacked a bus earlier are still hold up in a small run down house, holding a young man hostage tonight. Two people who were wounded in the attack are doing fine and are expected to recover.

OOC: So that is to cover loose ends. So I would like Snix of Truth cops and some policemen to either arrest or injure the two one at the bus station, and I may have protests about the execution that can get the peacekeepers involved.

“We have our first situation. Full team lets move out.” The entire team moved at once packing up and getting ready in less then 2 minutes. They then proceeded to the van. Their driver was excellent, getting them to the station in minutes.

“Tim, I want a map. With target locals. Frank, find a good spot; be prepared to shoot through walls. The rest of you set up a perimeter.” The team moved to comply. Tim waved his hand in front of the building. Reached over his shoulder and unbuckled his backpack, the front fell open, revealing a screen with a perfect 3d map of the building. Again he moved his hand and the screen changed slightly, the map now showing places of high heat.

“2 at the back door, 3 at the front. 1 through the roof. Move, go on Alpha.” Again the team moved, this time into position. “Frank, you get the map and heat images?”

“Yes, I can confirm one, terrorist. Back door.”

“Alright, you’re going to have to take a back seat on this one. Back door, use extra explosives. Maybe we can catch him in the fire.” Acknowledgement came back over the radio. Gearl move towards Tim. “Record this, ok?”

“Already am.”

“Alpha” seconds later a loud explosion disturb the relative peace,

“Top floor clear.”

“Back half clear.”

“Front room clear.”

“What’s our status on the inhabitants of the house?” Gearl moved towards Tim “pack up.” He whispered.

As violence continued in the city of Hatuni, there was some good news. The President of Watoniz was at a local center in the middle of the city. He smiled as he cut the ribbon to the building and stated to the news media:

"Today we are opening a 2 million dollar building that will deal with young drug addicts in this section of the city as well as any gangmembers or drug dealers that don't want to do drugs anymore but have no place to stay. Quickly lifting the man and putting him on a stretcher and putting him in an ambulance the two U.N workers continued to work on him for the next ten minutes, but because the man did not breath and no pulse was found, lack of oxygen to his brain would have killed him anyways and they desisted from their work.

Later on reports came in from a hospital that a U.N police officer that had been struck several times in the chest and had been worked on by U.N people and Snix soldiers had died of his injuries.

U.N statement from center command in Watoniz;

At the U.N military base, four soldiers carried the first casket to the waiting transport plane. Behind them was four additional U.N troops carrying the second casket of a second U.N soldier killed in violence between gangmen and police officers in Canadtu. The two caskets were covered with two U.N flags and the flag of the Canadtu country and both caskets were carried onto the plane as a bagpipes player played a sad tune. The squad of U.N soldiers stood at attention as the plane flew down the runway and flew home to Canadtu.

Several soldiers and police officers at the U.N base just out of the Hatuni capital were shocked by the death of two of their colleges. However some were more concerned with four of their injuried colleges who would have to deal with health issues once they returned home.

The first operation is believed to have six Crib gangmembers, and the second location has ten. If you go to the ten along with seven police officers we would be able to over power them.

-----------

In the first location, a police battering ram busted down the door of a broken down house. Several police officers exchanged gunfire with two gunmen. However several others surrendered as they tried to escape out the back and were rounded up by police. The violence was quickly over and 8 gunmen were arrested and another wounded and two police officers were lighly wounded.
