Outside the town of Araco a small indeginous force of one hundred men began to create a base. It is unknown what and who this is for. We have confirmed that they have already created eighteen bunkers and have bought a single engined, P-51d Mustang. It also seems that they are making an air strip for the aircraft.
There is also another group of eighty men from the North that seem to be moving towards this base. It is unknown where they have gotten the materials for the base. Another report suggests that they are the Holy Mihan of the East and are ready for a terrorist attack.
No military action is being taken against the enemy at this time and no troops are being moved ti Araco. The town and base, however, are under heavy servellience. A battalion of troops are prepped to take the neccesary military actions.
OOC: Nothing really, it's just leading up to the first international attack from the Holy Mihan of the East. Thousands will most likely die, possible from your nation. But these attacks are more likely to hit my allies than enemies, sorry allies!
