Lord Governor Baker was shocked by the news of late. As the war with Ackistan raged, and the hellish thermonuclear warheads detonated and crushed cities, creating radioactive hellholes out of once beautful places, Baker was deeply saddened by what had occured to his noble ally, Transylvania.
"This is absolutely terrible," He whispered solemnly, staring in horror as reports of the dead flowed like a tsunamis's wave onto his television screen. "I cannot believe this has happened."
"Sir, I fear that is not the worst of it," General Titov, Commander of the Wanderjarian Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Division. "Four of his main cities have been laid to waste, and people cannot even leave their homes for fear of radiation poisoning. We must do something."
"Indeed we must. They have been good friends of ours for a good long while. They are our brothers. We must help them in their time of need, as they would certainly do for us."
"Is it your wish to mobilize the NBC Division?" He asked. "If so, I will get on it immediately."
"Yes. We need a full clean up of the contaminated areas. I want to help restore order. I'd like, after you're operation, to also send in our Corps of Engineers. But that shall come later. For now, lets send out the Clean up crew."
"As you wish, sir. It shall be done."
"I thank you. Now, to my Foreign Minister," He said, beckoning to Mr. Baumer. "I believe it fitting for 1 Trillion Walloons in aid?"
"That should be a good start." He said.
"Wire it to their Government. They're going to need it for rebuilding."
"Yes sir."
With that, the General left, as did the Minister with the aid money. The ten thousand soldiers of the NBC Division immediately geared up, and within twenty four hours, were ready to move to Transylvania. Their equipment for decontamination and humanitarian aid packages were sent in a mass convoy of deuce and a half trucks, filled with me fully geared in NBC Suits.

The Transylvania would see Wanderjarian Aid soon.
