The Democratic Republic of Hamilay is horrified and angered by this completely unprovoked nuclear attack on The Federation of Demaray. Hamilay will not watch innocents destroyed by fascist nuclear missiles. Skgorria, British Londinium and Atopiana are hereby ordered to stand down immediately and pay for the full costs of the reconstruction of Demaray, or we will be forced to take military action.

In face of superior force, Skgorria agrees to stand down its nuclear forces and not engage in further assault upon Demaray. It will also send men and materials to aid in the reconstruction of Demaray on one condition: it announces the full extent of its damages.

Even if you have been around for 120 NS years, unless you're high-mid PMT nuclear ICBMs haven't been invented for most of that time. 1 million nukes would cost you about two hundred consecutive years of your defence budget, and that would be buying absolutely nothing else but nuclear weapons.
