Instituted by the Emir Jalal ibn Abbas ibn Mahmud Abd Allah Al Misri as an Order dedicated first and foremost to the preservation of the sanctity of life, and secondly to the welfare and concern for the people of the world, regardless of their true beliefs or their human condition - the Order of the Crescent is a Royal Organization of the Emirate of Alif Laam Miim, which seeks to recognize those people who have made an outstanding impression to preserve peace and harmony with the world. Taking its ideals from the preachings of the Quran, the Order of the Crescent does not discriminate against peoples of other faiths as while their faiths may be different, the universality of religious concepts ought not to be ignored when any person demonstrates righteousness worthy for any Muslim. The Order of the Cresent also does not discriminate against any foreign person, as we feel that the pursuit for global harmony and prosperity is not a national quest, but rather one for the world to share.

As is the tradition, only the Emir in person can confer the titles warranted by the Order of the Crescent, and only he may remove it if such a person is thence found unworthy of his or her titles. The Order of the Cresent represents thus the recognition of a person's achievements - in life and in death - to bring these objectives to front, and it is thus only the Emir's recognition of such actions.

TO HIS EMINENCE, OTTO VON HIENKEL ROMMEL

The Emir of Alif Laam Miim wishes to recognize you for your renowned efforts to promote a strong and stable harmony in the world. For this, he wishes to confer upon you the honor of being the first non-ALM national to receive a title from the Royal Order of the Crescent - for demonstrating a true desire to secure the blessings of peace and prosperity to our posterity; for rendering assistance to countries truly in need and with wisdom to the proper measure of assistance; for standing on the foundations of the righteous path of a dignified enlightened ruler of the Right-Conservative Monocracy of The Great Sixth Reich.

It is with a gracious heart that the Emir confers this title upon your name, and with humble hands, we offer this as a token of our appreciation to your efforts to remain a peaceful force that manages a stalwart foundation for the stability of many states around the world, yet recognizes the need for limited but warranted military force, and in doing so, saved the bloodshed of many more than what was given. It is our hope that your continued efforts shine as a bright star to our neighbors, and to our enemies, that they may see another way to live the righteous path, regardless of what they call unto Allah or of their gods. Mankind shares the struggle of his existence upon the same world, and it is with men of your character that we still have an existence to share.

May Allah bless you and your household!

TO HIS EMINENCE, GENERAL CARL HAMILTON

The Emir of Alif Laam Miim wishes to recognize you for your renowned efforts to promote a strong and stable harmony in the world. For this, he wishes to confer upon you the honor of receiving a title from the Honorable Order of the Crescent for Distinguished National Service - for demonstrating countless acts of welfare for the stability of the Middle East, as a safe haven for the Emirate and our dear allies in the Kingdom of Kopparbergs; for arranging and assisting the establishment of a more secure Red Sea Alliance, to attain the peace and security that you have long sought and thence struggled to maintain; for staying by the side of allies in conflicts and in peace; for guarding the integrity of the principles upon which your government operates and likewise influences its neighbors locally, regionally, and globally.

It is with a gracious heart that the Emir confers this title upon your name, and with humble hands, we offer this as a token of our appreciation to your efforts to remain a peaceful force that holds true the principles of a rightly-guided man. With such acknowledged influence from an ally that shares a long history with the Emirate, it is the effort of you and people with your disposition that manages to keep the world from tearing itself apart. Through the Sistani conflict, and into the present crisis, the suggestions, mandates, and otherwise well-conceived counsel that you provide your allies and your government is a priceless gem in this world tarnished with the corrigible forces of hostility, hatred, and prejudice; something that we hope is well emanated in the world. The small actions you make make great contributions to the stability of the Middle East and to the world at large.

May Allah bless you and your works!
