Welcome to the South Arctic Embassy Club. For the Grand Opening, only nations from the Territories of the South Arctic (I think I got that right.) may come. But fear not nations who don't meet the criteria! After the Grand opening is over, all may come!

Below are the Club Rules. Please follow them.

1. Entry Fee is $1000 USD. That's each time you enter the buliding. You can in person in cash, or wire to our account. Also, you may take advantage of our Advanced Package Offer, and pay $10000 for one whole year! Or our Deluxe Package, with just $100000 for when ever you want to enter the Club!

2.(OOC) Please, no magic or high-tech. I'm trying to ground this in modern day. If your nation thinks they have magic powers, that's fine, but please, no displays of such awesome powers.

3.You may bring a Security Force of up to 8 guards inside the Club.
The Club has the security of about 15 Gray Condor Leigon soldiers from the Forosian Army around and inside the Club. There are also over 200 regular soldiers about 2 minutes drive away at Fort Kero. Also, there is an emergency evacuation helicopter in the back...just in case.

4.(OOC) Please stay IC (duh.).

As leader of the United Socalist States of the Northern Baltic, I request this club to be more open to the common man simply because I do not want our citizens to think we're members of some ruling aristocracy or that we're plotting against the common man. I propose to do this by either lowering the entry rate or allowing people to take tours of the building while we're not at a regional crises.

Excellent Idea! One sec...done! Average citizens can now take a tour of the Club and/or stay there at merely...$300 USD. However, for the VIP section (AKA where the people invited to the grand opening stay), the price remains unchanged.

The Penguin Peoples can tollerate that.
