The Rogue Nations Order has arrived. The alliance, once never brought up, has been made by the United Superpower Empire of Leocardia. It's main purpose: To maintain order within rogue nations and keep them from overwhelming each other politically and socially. The Rogue Nations Order (RNO) will be the next generation alliance in which will promise every member in the RNO benefits that keep them happier, as well as maintaining peace and order.

At last, an alliance that keeps the order of rogues intact. Leocardia is pleased to announce it's newly made Rogue Nations Order. Development is the key to success in each nation, and we will keep it this way. We are rogue nations united into an independent alliance to keep from anarchy and from losing political influence. I present and offer an invitational to join the Rogue Nations Order.

Rules
In order to maintain order, all members must request a military strike on another country with a cause, and the request must be verified by the founder and/or top officials of RNO. This is crucial, especially when keeping track of what is happening in the world.

Any attack to any of RNO members, caused by another member of RNO, will be immediately expelled and, as a alliance, declare a full-scale war upon the expelled nation. Attacking allies are prohibited.

I still don't know why you insist on asking permission for you to use your defense budget to buy things.
